Excellent travel agent! Good hotels, great food, affordable pricing, and smooth transportation arrangements. Especially Ms. Poonam, who was very kind and helpful throughout the journey. I would like to share one personal incident as well. Since I am from Gujarat, I initially had some doubts about making advance payments for hotel bookings and other arrangements, as there is always a fear of losing (Read More) money in online transactions. To build trust, I requested Ms. Poonam for verification and had a video call with her. We spoke for almost half an hour, and she even showed me her beautiful home in the mountains of Himachal. That interaction gave me confidence and reassurance that I could rely on their services. Thank you very much for everything. Of course, you charge for your services, but having such a genuine and supportive nature is quite rare these days. Please keep it up. Looking forward to many more journeys ahead!
