Communication and follow up is good.
Budget hotels and delux rooms are too lower grade.
Hotels exists at outskiets of lower budget.
They compromise to offer you the low quality rooms or facility and food at the cost of their profit margin. The profit margin remains intact. They will try to convince you that, the quote for the trip was less.
Hotel/ room accommodation and the food quality given by the hoteliers.

Beautiful scenery, greenary, nature enroute, monasteries, crystal white glaciers, fresh snowfall, mesmerizing rivers and water falls
Driver was non-stop talking his business on mobile while driving thus risking lives of tourists, he was running travel business on mobile, was more business oriented than customer, unapologetic, non polite, skipped spots. Tent given at Chandratal camp was in dilapidated worn out condition leaking cold gusty winds, needed to be changed. Bus booked by Joyful was cheap standard, in very bad condition (Read More), not cleaned from inside outside, it's seats were dirty and blackish and unhygienic. We had to book better bus at last minute. Owner unresponsive. Overall less value for money.

It was a pleasant trip. Iternery designed by ms khurana of joyful journey was really good and properly arranged so as to cover all the important places thanks to ms khurana
Only the hotel booked at haridwar was not good
