Hotels and services is overall good.
If you’re changing driver on time then you should gave him clear instructions about where you need to drop. Also you need to make client alert about union cab charges and everything.

* The itinerary was well planned and covered the major sightseeing spots. * The hotel stays were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. * The breakfast and dinner provided at the hotels were good in terms of quality and taste. Thank you Saniha for organizing a memorable trip. We appreciate your efforts and look forward to traveling with you again.
The driver could be more helpful during local sightseeing by acting as a guide, sharing information about the places, suggesting worthwhile attractions and local experiences, and proactively assisting throughout the trip. This would make the overall travel experience much better.

This package was excellent for us. The driver provided was the best; he showed us all the places very well and made the trip comfortable. The children enjoyed a lot. It was the best tour we have had so far This was an affordable package, and it provided the best hotels and a wonderful House boat stay... Thanks Journey Jive...

We had a good overall experience and would rate the trip 4 stars. A special mention to our driver Salman bhai, who was absolutely fabulous throughout the journey. He was professional, polite, helpful, and made our travel very comfortable and enjoyable. We would also like to mention our tour operator Sahina ji, who was brilliant in coordinating everything smoothly and was always supportive and resp (Read More)onsive whenever needed. Our stay at Hotel Nouvella was very good, with comfortable rooms and good service. However, the stay at Anarkali Boat House was also good but it wasn't in Dal lake so environment was calm. Overall, it was a memorable trip thanks to the excellent support and hospitality provided by the team.
