There was nothing that could be liked... As soon as we paid the first installment things changed drastically... Hotels got unavailable our plans were altered without informing and he would call up for any random amount to be paid at hotels
Our number was directed passed on to the hotels who would call us for payment... Adding to this embarassment every check in came with a surprise on the kids not being declared in any check in... Everything was a mess. If there is any sense of honesty and service in your folio i would request you to remove him from the connects... Please save holidays they are really precious
Nothing. We were cheated by this Agent.
This guy called Saquib is a not good. He spoiled our whole trip. He was very sweet till the time we had not made payment. After were made first payment, he started showing his true colours.
1) The moment we made payment, he first said hotels we chose are not available though just before payment, we had confirmed with him and he assured all hotels are available.
2) Next he changed our itinerary. (Read More)He started suggesting we skip Patnitop and drive straight to Srinagar as it is only 3-4 hours extra.
3) Next he Switched our stay in sringar hotel we had chosen.
4) Even Hotel Manager at Patnitop was cursing hime because of his non professionalism.
5) We had two kids but he did nt communicate to any hotel about kids age.
6) In last he pushed hotel to charge us 8K extra.
He is a big fraud. And he spoiled our whole trip.
Great experience with infinity travels. Had a great time, tour guide has very great knowledge about local things. Helped us in many ways.
