I wanted to share my feedback on the recent tour I booked with your company. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. From the start, there were issues with communication and organization. I found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team to address my concerns. Overall, I felt that the tour did not meet my expectations and I was left feeling unsatisfied with the experience. I hope that you can take this feedback into consideration to improve your services for future customers.
