BAD ORGANISATION

We booked through this travels to Gangtok..They have not booked rooms properly and itinerary also changed. They promised to refund amount but not done so far.

its a bad experience that the rooms were not booked properly and the iternary also changed .
when we visited lachen the rooms were not confirmed .at last all the four members have to adjust in one room. On the local sight seeing day the iternary was changed.we spent 3600 rupees extra to cover (Read More) all the places. the local tour operators did not responded properly .somany times we have to make phone calls to them to rectify the problem. this is very bad.

It was a comfortable stay of 5 Days and 6 Nights, wherein we covered - Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake. The package cost offered by Imazine Holidays was very competitive and their service was at pa (Read More)r with any other big brands. Moreover Mr. Pankaj Bisht from Imazine Holidays, also customized our package to suit all our requirements within the same cost. We were put up at Hotel Khakshal, which was a nice & comfy hotel. The staff was very courteous. Only improvement that I feel that's required is the mobile network and WiFi connectivity, which is almost unavailable most of the times at the hotel. The private cab arraged for us was comforable and our driver was very courteous too. All in all it was a wonderful trip. Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj Bisht from Imazine Holidays!! :)

It was a great holiday. Initially there were a few hiccups, but later Pankaj made sure everything went off smoothly. The car and the driver were excellent. Will surely recommend them to friends.

One of the best thing that I liked about it is the (Read More)person "Mukta" who was handling our trip. She was in contact with us even on 15th Aug as this was a public holiday and fulfilled our requirement. Thank you Mukta and Imazine Holidays for making this trip unforgettable.

as mentioned in the subject it was the biggest mistake of my life trusting the both.
Imazine Holidays lack professionalism
There were lot of confusions not only in the itinerary but also bookin (Read More)g
Firstly Though we have confirmed for 6 members, last minute wen i reached from Goa to delhi they are sending the coupns for only 5 members, creating a panic. Later they confirmed for 6
Then the vouchers didn’t mention the correct details for the camps, and we faced a lot of problems in contacting Imazine holidays as there was no network there in sarchu camps and on top of that the temperature dropped down to 3 deg Celsius which made our life miserable.
Later in Leh we realized that the local sightseeing was included in the itinerary and we were asked to take care of our self.
However one day before they agreed to provide the local sightseeing, but on the day of sightseeing there were again lot of confusions.
I didnt knw whom to discuss the issues, as there were around 3 middle agents, one imazine holidays itsels, then some Mr sahil (who was throwing a lot many attitude to us over the call) from Srinagar and another local Leh agent.
It was all a hotchpotch
You shall see all my reviews soon it on Facbook and Triadvisor and other forums, in regard to the unprofessionalism shown by unprofessional ism and the type of vendors Trip Crafters have.
