After two unsuccessful attempts last year, I was finally able to complete my Kashmir trip with this company — and I am so glad I did.
I just want to thank Ank (Read More)it and his team, including our driver Mr. Basit, for making this a smooth and memorable experience. All the hotels were well chosen, but I especially want to mention Hyat Residency in Pahalgam — the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. We stayed there for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience:
We did a 6 nights / 7 days tour covering Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Srinagar from 16th to 21st March. I was travelling with my husband and 6-year-old daughter, and everything was handled with great care. What stood out the most was how involved the company was throughout the trip. They weren’t just coordinating but they were actively checking in, making sure things were going as planned.
For example, in Pahalgam, we were supposed to cover Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley. Due to some confusion on the ground, we missed part of the tour. Once I informed them, they immediately arranged for it to be redone the next day, no questions asked.
Another incident, we didn’t like the hotel we were initially checked into in Srinagar. I gave owner a call, and within an hour, he had us shifted to a new hotel and even included complimentary dinner. Mistakes can happen on any trip, but what matters is how the company responds, and their response was spot on.
Also, initially they weren't able to book the gondola ride tickets online . I was honestly upset, but they went out of their way and got us confirmed tickets for both phases, a day before our scheduled ride. That kind of effort truly deserves appreciation.
The reason I am writing all this is so that fellow travelers can find a genuine travel company that truly values customer satisfaction.
