I knew Ankit from a long time, he then used to work at a travel company in Delhi. So Before he officially established Honey & Ginger Holidays, my wife and I had the pleasure of booking our honeymoon (Read More)tour to Kashmir with him. Our journey began with Vaishno Devi, followed by srinagar, sonmarg,gulmarg and pahalgam.
His meticulous planning made all the difference. The hotels he selected, particularly in Pahalgam and Gulmarg, were nothing short of extraordinary. From seamless coordination to the attentive service provided by his on-ground partners, every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our trip unforgettable, specially the candle light dinner inside the shikara.

After two unsuccessful attempts last year, I was finally able to complete my Kashmir trip with this company — and I am so glad I did.
I just want to thank Ank (Read More)it and his team, including our driver Mr. Basit, for making this a smooth and memorable experience. All the hotels were well chosen, but I especially want to mention Hyat Residency in Pahalgam — the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. We stayed there for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience:
We did a 6 nights / 7 days tour covering Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Srinagar from 16th to 21st March. I was travelling with my husband and 6-year-old daughter, and everything was handled with great care. What stood out the most was how involved the company was throughout the trip. They weren’t just coordinating but they were actively checking in, making sure things were going as planned.
For example, in Pahalgam, we were supposed to cover Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley. Due to some confusion on the ground, we missed part of the tour. Once I informed them, they immediately arranged for it to be redone the next day, no questions asked.
Another incident, we didn’t like the hotel we were initially checked into in Srinagar. I gave owner a call, and within an hour, he had us shifted to a new hotel and even included complimentary dinner. Mistakes can happen on any trip, but what matters is how the company responds, and their response was spot on.
Also, initially they weren't able to book the gondola ride tickets online . I was honestly upset, but they went out of their way and got us confirmed tickets for both phases, a day before our scheduled ride. That kind of effort truly deserves appreciation.
The reason I am writing all this is so that fellow travelers can find a genuine travel company that truly values customer satisfaction.

As someone who is creative, loves adventure but struggles to find the time, I was looking for a short solo trip for the very first time. Frankly I w (Read More)as quiet scared as I was travelling alone that too at a new place, Jaisalmer. But thanks to H&G they took care of all my worries and exceeded all my expectations! Every detail was well-organized, and the jeep ride from the hotel through abandoned villages and the desert was exhilarating.
I also had the pleasure of enjoying a full glass of bhang ?in the Jaisalmer Fort area—so yummy and refreshing! Not to mention the desert experience, where I spent a night under the stars with great hygiene and safety ensured.

This was our family trip to pondicherry We got to know abot honey and ginger travels from one of our friend who already travelled with them .The best travel agent you can ever book your tickets from (Read More). Loved the way sir deals with clients and stretches his working hours in demand of the situation.
