This was our first trip to the North East, and it has now become one of our most memorable and favorite tourist destinations — all because of you and the Hills Dekho team. More than a driver, he felt like a family member traveling with us. His driving skills were excellent, and we always felt safe and comfortable on the hilly roads. By the end of the trip, it genuinely felt like we had made a new friend in the North East. The hotels arranged were also fabulous, and everything overall was perfectly managed — truly worth it. A special request from our side: please recommend Dipu for all your North East tours. He is a gem of a person and a big asset to your team. Trip to Meghalaya

I had requested for a customized itinerary for a trip to the North East. Hill Dekho came out with an itinerary which suited my requirement. I was coordinating with Mr. Shashank Singh who was prompt and efficiently responding to all my request. I found him trustworthy to deal with and he delivered all that was promised. I have no reason to complain. In hindsight I felt the itinerary was a bit crowd (Read More)ed but that was my choice. It is only a suggestion that this aspect can be looked into. Transportation, accommodation was spot on. Special mention and appreciation for the driver Babu who was informative and cordial. Overall value for money, thoroughly professional, efficiently managed trip. Would recommend Hill Dekho without any doubt.

Only the cab they had arranged was really Good, Thanks to the Driver, he helped us to solve issues when Agents were not helpful at all.
Multiple issues: 1. When we reached to the first hotel in our itinerary, hotel said booking was canceled. When we tried reaching Agent, he wasn’t responding, then our Driver helped to resolve it 2. Second hotel we reached, there was construction going on due to which we couldn’t sleep. Agent promised to resolve it, but didn’t do anything after getting all our money and here again driver off (Read More)ered to help 3. Agent Shashank/Bhola assured for good service and charged more than other agents for same package. But they became totally unprofessional and totally unhelpful, once we paid them balance amount.

Hotel Confirmation:
Before the package was finalized, the hotel names and pictures were shared with you, and the booking was done only after your confirmation. The same ho (Read More)tels were provided as agreed. At the first hotel, the issue arose due to an internal miscommunication from the hotel’s side, which was resolved immediately so that your stay was not affected.


Payment Terms:
Our payment terms were clearly discussed and agreed upon in advance. As per the policy, the remaining balance was to be paid on the day of arrival. However, the payment was delayed until the last day of the trip, despite multiple follow-ups.


Construction Concern:
There was no construction activity inside the hotel premises. The construction was taking place in a neighboring building, which was beyond our control. Despite this, on our request, the hotel upgraded your room for the last night at no extra cost to ensure better comfort.


We are glad that you appreciated the driver’s service. He was assigned by us as part of the package, and guest support through our team and associates is always our priority.
