The hotels they wrote in Itinerary and the hotel they gave was totally different and down graded , Also they took charges for Floating Brekasft during my Bali trip but did not give ….. Different Hotels and all … totally worthless

One lunch One dinner ka payment 3,80,000 3,20,000 = 7,00,000 and हैंडर gate fees 3,00,000= 10,00,000IDR payment nahi kiye.

The company is totally wrong after taking the money of your trip they totally change the itinerary of your and also not inform you and after reaching the destination they did not receive the call
The hotels given by them was soo cheap hotel and at the time of booking th (Read More)ey gave me 4 star hotel in the itinerary soo never get any trip plan from them
You should book your package from a known and trusted agent soo that you can enjoy there
The things given in intenary and actuall was totally changed and all things were worst given to me
Many things they didn't booked which were promised in internary. They are not returning my money as well. Sunil from Highflytrip team do not respond as well. They will just give some credit note. Highly recommend not to book trip from Highflytrip. They will just say we are busy and high workload. So they do not care about customers who already travelled.
We planned the trip with them for 12 Adults Dubai.Everything was very well planned and was worthfull
