He’s a liar. Before he gave us a different itnery and after going there he gave a different itnery. We had to book our hotel with our money. He is a fraud and he still has to send us rest of the remaining money too. He’s name is siddarth kapoor.
I hope I can give 0 ratings, worst service at all. I have booked the package for 4 persons from shivangi Sharma.. 100% communication gap, And after reaching Goa they were not bother to pick the call. (Read More)They have promised us for the paradise cruise which is one of the best cruise for the dinner and party but they took us to a small boat kind of party and food was more than worst. When we tried to call shivangi, she didn't picked up the calls and dropped the msg that talk to my boss he will manage everything. No one were responding on calls and due to that i missed the fun of dinner cruise party. Same happened on the day when we have planned adventure cruise party, they promised us for the ac bus pick up and drop but the bus was non AC and seats were broken like a scrap. At the time of booking I was having cheaper cost package with the same services but shivangi has promised me for the best service and said that ma'am you will not face any problem during the whole trip it will be best experience for you and will have life time memory but we have faces so many problems that we weren't able to enjoy our trip. My money got wasted and would not recommend this company at all. Guys please if you want to spoil your trip and you have spare money then and then only book from this company or else please refer to other companies.
