I am Akash Kumar. I recently booked a Darjeeling and Gangtok tour for a group of 13 people through th (Read More)is travel agency. The package was priced at ₹6,300 per person. Our booking was handled by Ms. Sneha, and the tour was managed by Ms. Sapna.
The Highlights (Gangtok):Our experience in Gangtok was absolutely wonderful! The hotel manager and the staff treated us like family. The room arrangements and the food quality were excellent. Ms. Sapna managed the Gangtok sightseeing beautifully, and we had an amazing time exploring the area.
The Scope for Improvement (Darjeeling):While the overall trip was good, our experience in Darjeeling had a few hiccups. Due to a misunderstanding, our hotel was changed, which caused us to miss out on a few good sightseeing locations.
Conclusion:Overall, it was a good and memorable trip. However, I would suggest the management and agency owners improve their coordination to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. Thank you to the team for a memorable vacation!"
