They are committed 4 star property But Dena ke waqt kuch or I have purchase the membership 2023 (1)Mr vishwash sharma venue Manager Isne mera ko juth bol kar phasya ki credit card se payment karo koi charges nahi padenge But mera ko 50000 charges pad gaye. (2) shopoing ke coupons bole But no resninse(3) calls nahi uthate (4) Dubai ka tripp totally free bola par Apne personal no par 36100 dalwa (Read More)liye Mr karan Mr sonu Mr Nihal Yah staff sara mila hua hai. Paise return b nahi kiye 36100. Bola tha return kar denge . Paise mango to legal karwai ki damkiya marne ki damkiya. (4) Asf ke bare mein kuch nahi bataya bolte hai apke liye nahi hai par Saal ke baad Tang karna shuru. Very poor service. They make false promises while selling the holiday package, and later on either they don't respond to your calls or offer to third class budget hotels. And above that they are alway (Read More)s ready with news excuses like dates not available, can't book during peak season, didn't got permission from higher management to book your holiday. I have purchased the holiday package two years back and since then not a single booking was approved. I paid the full package fee of 150000 in advance, and that's the reason they are not responding. I would advise everyone that never book any holiday package with them.

Never ever book package of ForbCorp. They only make false promises. Don't reply emails. Do not provide any bookings of hotels, only interested to get money out of your pocket. Pathetic experience. Don (Read More)'t pick your calls ever, they just visit your city and will ask you to book on the spot. They will not refund your money either.

I and my husband are Chandigarh based people and we purchased Forb membership for their classic package (1,50,000 Rupees). Let me write a detailed experience so that other buyers are not trapped into (Read More)this sub-standard service which is a complete waste of money. How they sell to you? Forb agents will meet you in your city at a promotional event and sell their package. It will sound too good because they will highlight three promotional holidays free of cost with one fully paid holiday. What they won’t tell you is how your EMIs will start right away and they will earn interest on your money. And how you can avail only one offer in one year. Which means you will keep sitting stuck in their package for four years!! Dont get attracted because it is a bad product. One you waste money. Second, you waste money on a service provider whose services are poor. How are their services? - low quality sub standard hotels. We took Tashkent holiday and the hotel in their package was completely pathetic. Look at the image attached. Booking.com which has the most trusted review ratings has a highly poor rating of 5.8 for this hotel. Personally you will never book this hotel. But Forb has only this hotel in their package. Poor hygiene, pathetic washroom with torn off and dirty towels (images attached), and a faulty bathroom drain. Your entire trip will be spoilt. - the trips and activities arranged during your so called paid holiday will be a failure. During our holiday, we had multiple activities planned. But once they have taken the complete payment from you and you have already landed at the destination, you are at the mercy of their local vendor. Forb team does not even respond. Look at the images attached. We had our day trip to nearby mountains. In 40 degree summer heat, the mini bus AC was not working. The vendor said “ask your Indian agency”. But you cannot do anything because you have paid the entire amount already!! The guides are ill equipped. - so called included lunches and dinner are the worst food. They highlight an attraction that their package includes lunches and dinners. But do not get attracted because this is the worst food you will ever eat. Unhygienic, served in dirty dishes and as if it is a gurudwara langar going on. Conclusion: If you want to purchase a planned holiday, go for professional service providers in this field like Thomas Cook and Cox&Kings. A little expensive but they give much better services. Forb is a local desi quality money eating bunch of business men who are sitting in Mohali with no expertise in this field. They will make money through bank interest on your EMIs and you will have a spoilt holiday. Holidays are to relax and enjoy. They are not to fight with drivers and guides for their services. Don’t purchase from them at all.
