The only positive thing with FLYVIGO was the sales executives responded to our calls during the trip. Right from day one at Haridwar, the driver made us wait for more than an hour to pick us. As promi (Read More)sed we were not given seats in the front not even a double seat as there was a group of 10 gujaratis who did not have any consideration for age. We were the seniormost, and they were 6 youngsters. Everyday was a struggle. Either hotel room was not available or allotted to others. Driver was the worst. Neither he had any mannerism, he would just pick us from one place and drop. No stopping in-between. The travel agent had no control. Overall a very bad experience. One of the worst trips we have been.

They provide amazing tour experience. I love that trip I booked on tripcrafters, the charges were generous and worthy. I have recommended all of my friends to book their next trip only on tripcrafters (Read More). Don't think twice, and I can assure it would be nice.

Unprofessional crooks
Trip to Badrinath, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Rudraprayag, Kedarnath
Terrible service! Despite prepaying in full, we encountered dirty, stinky hotels, unhygienic food, and rude, unprofessional drivers. They treated us more like baggage than human beings. Their boss was (Read More) never reachable when problems arose. Many promised attractions in our itinerary were omitted due to the driver's excuses, even though we allowed him to take offs when he claimed to be unwell (which turned out to be false). They even cancelled our hotel reservation without informing us, forcing us into questionable lodgings against our wishes. On our way back to Delhi, the driver didn’t allow us to have lunch as he wanted to drop us off ASAP, but he kept us waiting for 45 minutes as he had his breakfast. I’d never recommend FlyVigo to anyone. These unprofessional people had almost ruined our trip.
