You have booked an Andaman Package for 5 Nights, 6 days. A total of 2 Persons are there. You have booked a package for 32,000.
When you have booked, you have paid 2k first, as your advance payment was 16k. When you have sent 2k, then after 2 mins, you have told me to send you back that amount again, and also told me that once I send 2k, then you will send me 16k from your husband's account, which actually has no logic in it. Actually, you were telling a lie and want an instant refund for no reason.
After that, once you have reached Port Blair, Andaman, we have given a proper 3 Star Premium category Hotel Shompen. You have lots of problems with that hotel. The Port Blair to Havelock cruise was early morning. You want tea from the hotel in the early morning, you blame us for why the hotel is diny to give you tea in the early morning. I was trying to explain to you at night, 10:30 PM, instead of my health issue, but you don't want to listen to anything.
The next day you missed your cruise, so we have given you an extra visit to museums, and the cab charges we have paid only.
Havelock hotel, you have faced a lock problem, I agree that, but they have instantly solved the problem.
Then, suddenly, you have a personal issue, and you want to return 1 day before. In the mid of your tour you have changed the full itinerary, we have to cancel the 2-sector cruise ticket and book a new ticket for the cruise. We don't charge extra for that. At the Port Blair hotel, we have adjusted your stay 1 day before and did not charge anything.
After that, we have given you the Chiriyatapu tour as you have missed Neil Island due to your own problem.
Last minute, no company gives a cancellation charge for anything, but we adjusted everything and paid for your trip to get the best experience, and did not charge anything extra for that.
The photoshoot we had at Neil Island on the last day, you suddenly changed your plan, not us. So you have no right to blame us.
You have paid for the Standard Package cost
We have upgraded the Property to the Super Deluxe category.
Andaman is a costly place; maybe you are expecting 5-star category hotels, for you have to pay for that also.
What you have paid, we have given much better than that.
The entire tour time, every hotel, coordinator complained about your behaviour. You don't want to listen to anything. You just say whatever you have to say.
