AVOID AT ALL COST
Do not bother engaging with this travel agency. We had chosen them for our Europe trip as they initially came off as a “bespoke” travel agency but it turn out to be a sheep in wolf’s clothing . Horri (Read More)d experience waste of 40K .
When we came back to Singapore, Fayyaz did not bother to ask about our well being. Fayyaz did not have a good rapport for after sales services.
Their arrangement for land transfer for all countries and cities were terrible whether in the arrangement, pick up or drop off. All drivers in seems oblivious of our dropped off and accommodation throughout our Europe journey.
Initially we had mentioned no stairs and no high transportation as we have elderly with legs issues all hotel needs to have fridge As my mum has insulins.
In Istanbul, when we arrive the van was too high for my mum and aunt who both have legs issues we were at the carpark for more then an hour trying to get on the car the agency did nothing to try and find a different vehicle for us.
Next day we went on tour the bus in Istanbul was also too high for my parents and fayaaz counterparts literally just said “Get on the bus or u will miss the tour “ obviously, the tour was more of concern then my parents safety. After tour the bus just drop us in a middle of a bus depot we were lost and clueless on where to go it was a 20 mins walk back we navigated through via google maps imagine if your not tech savvy in a country you never been and people barely speaks English. Apparently Fayaaz did an “investigation" and never actually reverted back in the investigation
In London Room specification was not followed through. We said a fridge in the rooms is very important for insulin . Had to wait for 2 hours for fayyaz to rectify their mistakes .
In Amsterdam this is where I left my parents to continue their Europe trip I have mentioned to Nino that mum and dad is not aware how to share location via their phone. They were lost and could not find the transfer n driver. Hotel room amenities was not conducive as there no coffee and tea facilities, the room was very dark and no restaurant or shops nearby to buy necessities- not conducive for the elderly.
In Paris-poor instructions given for self collect ticket, no guide provided and driver sent to wrong location thus parents were wandering and was lost for almost 40mins.
InLucerne Switzerland- no instructions given where to meet driver and parents had figure out themselves. Wrong instructions given to parents on exchanging their coupon for train tickets to Interlaken. No apologies to parents for making them confuse
In Interlaken-Switzerland- Terrible hotel given to them. It is far and cannot walk even to lake thun or brienz. So on 2nd day parents had to make their own arrangements to tour the lakes and town. Specification on 2nd day parents mentioned wants to walk and sit by the lake. The hotel is far from everything. The are many other accommodations with foods and shops at town area.
In Zurich-Switzerland-drop off and pick up point was not specifies clearly and thus morning and afternoon drivers had 2 different locations.
Overall bad experience never was a peaceful day with fayaaz . AVOID AT ALL COST .
