I was being told about shak house in Havelock but was given small room in havelock and itinery which was told in phone call was changed in mail and i trusted the sales person that was my fault and al (Read More)l itinery was skipped very nicely
Once of the pathetic experience i had in my lifetime .
Even i had to call them everyday to get all ticket details and no one from ezeego will call to update
1. Worst staff and customer care
2. It's better to go no where instead of going through ezeego1 tour.
3. My 20K has been stuck in ezeego even after 40-50 calls on different numbers and multiple ma (Read More)ils, 6-7 times they received the call but without any proper proper response.
4. I had to cancelled the package next day of booking because of medical reasons and they gave the assurance to utilise this money in other package instead of refunding. Now they don't have time to response.
5. Customer care people are good on phone but in actual doesn't response properly, if you have already given the money.
6. Tour may be good(I could not travel ) if every thing goes according to plan but if situation comes on refunding money or money adjustment somewhere else, it goes worst. Shouldn't expect anything from them. They will not give proper response. I am facing same issue.
I made reservation on their web site for Jan 3rd. after completing the transactions the reservations were for Jan 5th. not only that i paid extra for cancellation insurance. I called immediately to ca (Read More)ncel the reservations. the customer service had such a heavy accent he was impossible to understand. he refused to cancel the flight, said i could only cancel if it was a medical emergency. no where did it say that when i added the insurance. I should have walked away there but made the mistake of paying double for the correct day. It took them over a week to send me the updated itinerary. they only gave me 35 minutes to depart on plane in terminal D to get to terminal B in the Atlanta airport. I called and emailed twice a day for over two weeks. they did nothing.
