Trip to Manali
Despite having booked a tour package nearly a month in advance, our hotel accommodations remained unbooked right up until our arrival in Manali. Accompanied by small children and our family, we were left searching for rooms until 2:00 AM. Furthermore, the behavior of the drivers was highly exploitative, uncooperative, rude, and even intimidating. Consequently, the tour coordinator personally met w (Read More)ith us on the final day to express his apologies. All in all, the entire tour was fraught with tension and did not prove to be a pleasant experience.
In accordance with the tour package, the hotel arrangements should be appropriate, and the driver should be cooperative in nature.

Very thankful to Epic Escape, a holidify partner for giving me such a luxurious travel experience with their trusted and polite drivers, luxurious accommodations and an itinerary that covers all the beautiful places of Himachal as per my wish. Team of EPIC Escape guides me to select the wonderful places of Himachal for my trip and after starting of trip they personally called me daily 2 to 3 times (Read More) for questioning about my comfort and journey. Food quality was amazing. All the family suites provided me gives panoramic view.
In future I will definitely go with Holidify and EPIC escape for my next trips

I never recommended this travel agency as I had a very bad experience 😔.
The mismanagement of this travel agency is hilarious. The behaviour of coordinator Harman was very bad with me e (Read More)ven he try to fight with me in Tirthan.
When I told the misbehaviour to Owner Kabir, He didn't support me and even blame me and even supported the coordinator Harman for his misbehaviour.
The food quality was not upto the mark and even the rooms was not available in Hotel.
We have to wait for 1.5 hours to get the room which was very dirty.
Please don't plan any tour with this travel agency.
One more thing, they are planning the tour with multiple tour agencies including Nomadics Trips, Trip to Heaven, Safar Destiny etc
So, please be careful while planning any tour with these tours agencies.
Please don't waste your money and time with this liers.

My recent trekking journey to Kasol and Kheerganga with Epic Escape was truly unforgettable. From the beginning of the trip to the final descent, everything was well organized and professionally manag (Read More)ed.
The trek itself was absolutely stunning. Walking through the dense pine forests, crossing wooden bridges, and witnessing the beautiful views of the Parvati Valley made the whole experience magical. Reaching the top of Kheerganga and relaxing in the natural hot water springs after the trek was the highlight of the journey.
The Epic Escape team was very supportive, friendly, and experienced. They ensured everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe throughout the trek. The camps, food, and overall arrangements were excellent and made the trip even more enjoyable.
If you are looking for an adventurous yet well-managed trekking experience in Himachal, I highly recommend Epic Escape for trips like Kasol–Kheerganga. It’s a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and unforgettable memories.
