Trip to Bhutan
1.. one of their staff deceived us, due to that we have to stay one day at Siliguri.
2. package amount collected from us is high comparing to other travel agent.
At Siliguri they booked a small hotel in Pagdogra not a star hotel but they collected ,₹2500/-per head for stay and breakfast only. alloted one room for two persons.

The Siliguri halt was arranged purely due to operational requirements and travel logistics to ensure guest safety and timely execution of the tour program — a standard practice in hill sector travel when conditions or schedules demand adjustment.
Regarding accommodation, all bookings were made based on confirmed availability during high-demand travel dates. Package pricing reflects the complete travel experience, including vehicle deployment, driver expenses, coordination support, itinerary handling, and on-ground assistance, rather than being limited only to hotel classification.
We understand that expectations may vary, and we genuinely regret if any aspect felt different from personal preference. However, we stand by the services delivered and remain committed to maintaining professional standards for all our travelers.

It was awesome trip and well managed by Epic vibes. Special thanks to Aparna for arranging the tour and running it smoothly.
I would like to mention please arrange some better stay facility at Darjeeling. Although it was good but not up to the mark.

We liked good vibes by the group true to their name Epic vibes.Both Subhojit n Raja were very good n accomodative.we felt secure n safe.

Overall it was good.
Accommodation at Gangtok was beautiful.
The accommodation at darjeeling.
Although the staff and services were good but we were not satisfied with the rooms.
