Trip to Kerala

The properties overall were at good locations though in outskirts,which made it difficult to take a stroll in the evenings. But the overall experience was good enough with driver always being on time and making us feel comfortable

I had travel plan for Munnar and Alleppey and same locations were confirmed but the actual locations were the outskirts and not the main locations. Munnar stay property was good but facilities and Amenities not satisfactory as they don't have a kitchen/restaurant. No running hot water as well. If seemed like the driver took us to locations where he gets commission as the places we missed w (Read More)ere not discussed with us for what we wanted to do.

The hospitality in Kerala hotels were good and the people are friendly

The first 2 days resort is ok, lincoln square hotel at Thekkady was good but the food we ordered and the breakfast is ridiculous, house boat could be better it looks like a basic one and old one

Itinerary in paper was good not in the trip.. Thing liked was Hotel stay and the process was hassle free.

Houseboat has mentioned was premium but not received premium boat and also mentioned candle light dinner in houseboat That’s also not happened. Trip follow up was not at all done Driver needs to be more active

Tour was well organized. We were little worried initially due to current lpg shortage but thanks to Duniya Zamana pvt ltd for arranging and regular follow-up all went well with no issue. Appreciate for making this memorial tour to us.

Too much rush at thekkady so was not able to get ticket.
