Cab driver assigned was pitching the packages and places..which was very bad experience. He is not aligning with us like when we want to go to reverse for particular place again he said he will not go. He didn't cooperate with us much. please change transportation agent.

As per the transportation fare rules, once a particular sightseeing point or route is completed, revisiting or reversing to the same sightseeing place is not permitted, . Any additional deviation or repeat visit falls outside the agreed itinerary and is therefore not covered under the package.
Regarding the driver informing you about packages, activities, or sightseeing places: kindly note that you are traveling in a tourist destination where multiple activities and attractions are available on a direct payment basis. It is the driver’s duty to inform guests about optional activities, sightseeing points, and applicable entry or activity charges, so that guests are aware of what is available locally. This is not an attempt to force or pitch anything, but only to keep you informed.

Travel company staff had extreme patience to answer all our queries and he did customized our package many times as per requirement.. I will definitely recommend them. Rooms and boat house booked by them was extremely good and worth the money..boat house staff was extremely good and highly recommend staff were so kind and did everything for us from his bottom of heart..hotel were so neat and the s (Read More)taffs were so polite.
Transportation was extremely bad, and driver did really rash driving and also he was very very rude. Not coperative. Request to the travel company that to change the cab partners with good kind persons.

I got my trip my arranged to Hampi and Badami from Aftab working for Dunia zamana. It was fabulous trip arranged got all the good support in communication, the car arranged was in very good condition along with driver.. hotel at hampi is fab than that of Badami.. itinerary is too good and saw all the points as decided.. overall highly recommended for arranging personalised experience too..

Services and plan by Mr Aftab. Very humble and polite person ever ready for help. Itinerary made by him was excellent together with hotel choice.
Not to forget the wonderful cab and the hero driver (Mr Abhilash) who added feather in the offering by Aftab Ji.
