Overall experience was good. They help a lot in making the itinerary and other arrangements and invest lot of time that required to us for finalising it.
The policy of taking 100% payment upfront before the trip is a bit difficult to accept, especially for first-time customers. While I understand you need to make bookings in advance, it’s hard to build complete trust without any prior experience. In my case, even suggesting 80% upfront and 20% on the first day for 6 days trip was not acceptable, which felt rigid — especially when everything is digi (Read More)tal these days.
Also, a big part of the travel experience depends on the driver. Unfortunately, I did not have that much good experience with the driver assigned, which also impacted the overall enjoyment.
