What's Not Good: Instead of taking a redeemable coupon or date extension my flight was cancelled as my (Read More)travel plans were extended due to the indo-pak war,i suffered a loss of Rs 9,000/-,also the flight subsequently booked was in early morning of spicejet which was re-scheduled to late night,many tourist spots were skipped in itenary eg: Neem Karoli Baba ashram at nainital wasn't included,bhimtal lake visit etc,the stay given at nainital was outside of nainital due to which daily a lot of time was consumed in travelling,even in ranikhet visit the stay was kept outside nainital thereby making the trip tiring,also staff wasn't aware as to which sector of Jim Corbett is best for tiger viewing and despite my request that i would require milk for my infant still at hotel for breakfast i was asked to pay for it.

Avoid Dreams Yatri Holidays Pvt Ltd – Misleading & Unprofessional
What's Not Good: We were a group of 20 people (5 families) who booked a Kashmir trip through them. Due to the India-Pakistan conflict, we had to cancel for safety reasons. We paid ₹75,000 in ad (Read More)vance. After cancellation charges, they agreed to refund ₹55,000 but are now forcing us to accept a credit note instead of a refund.
We tried planning an alternate trip to Nainital, but the hotel quotes were 3-4 times higher than the market rate. Their team, especially the sales girl Neha, was unhelpful and unresponsive. The owner doesn't even pick up calls.
We now feel helpless. This agency is not customer-friendly and we want to warn others. Please do your research before booking.

Trip to Jammu and Kashmir
What's Not Good: They must not really be in the Travel and Tourism business. As per our understanding and pdf travel document provided by Dreams Yatri team - Neha, Vikrant Thakur and Ravi Kanth (Read More), none of the Hotels were booked that were available in the travel itinerary present in the pdf document. Wasim is the counterpart booking Hotels in Kashmir as per Dreams Yatri team. Wasim and Dreams Yatri team have literally changed all the pre-booked rooms in the middle of night during the course of travel. We were completely alarmed and surprised when we found that the hotels had changed in the mid journey, in the middle of night. All the three Hotels were changed without any intimation to us. The driver Saqib Safda was driving us to the incorrect hotels and we had to mention, those were not the actual booked hotels. Even he was surprised why the hotels were changed. Dreams Yatri Travel forced us to pay the amount at a very early stage as they said they needed to book hotels. But none of the chosen hotels were booked even after paying money in advance. The hotels changed were of poor grade, not viable and suitable for families to stay. Their counterpart Wasim told us he was not paid a single rupee by Dreams Yatri company.
Dreams Yatri were supposed to help in booking eTravel tickets for Vaishno Davi travel which did not happen. Dreams Yatri team was supposed to help in arranging for Gondola ride tickets, which never happened. Its a travel company with not value addiction for any good experience for customers.
In my complete travel experience, both within the country and internationally, this was the most horrible travel experience with Dreams Yatri Travels. They ideally must not be in the business as they cannot run Travel business professionally. Most bitter experience we had was all through Jammu and Kashmir travel. Will be complaining about this to the J&K travel department and India Travel department.
Looks like Holidify company is not doing and through verification of travel companies before aligning them to the customers. This is leading to a very poor travel experience for the customers. The Dream Yatri employees are very tricky, fraudulent and arrogant in nature and least bothered about customer pain-points and trouble when they are stuck in the middle of the journey. Dreams Yatri company take advantage of customers when they are in Jammu and Kashmir and mess around with travelers by putting the families in grave danger at an unknown location. We will look into this seriously and inform friends, relatives and colleagues to never connect and travel with Dreams Yatri or Holidify companies.
ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT JAMMU AND KASHMIR. All of the employees are hand-in-glove and are involved in making our entire travel a Worst experience.

What's Good: I booked my Char Dham tour through Dreams Yatri Pvt. Ltd., and I’m very happy with the experience. The tour was well-managed, and everything was excellent – the cab service, hotel (Read More)stays, and food. They also provided helicopter services and handled all the necessary registrations for the yatra.
I planned this trip with my family, and the tour was arranged by Shivani Bhushan, a sales executive at Dreams Yatri. She was very cooperative and polite, and her communication was great. Thanks to her support, our trip was smooth and enjoyable.

Me and my family was picked fro (Read More)m delhi by very nice driver and the cab was also very comfortable.
First day we explored manail and arranged very nice Hotel for us. Our 3 days stay in that hotel was very nice and the food and staff were also very kind.
And explored beautiful sissu. The cab driver dharampal was very kind and he knew all the places very well which saved lot of time.
In future also I would like to plan my tours with dreams yatri and I would happily recommend to my friends and family.

What's Not Good: Worst Travel Company Ever – Stay Away!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete bad! They canceled my trip at the last minute without any explanation (Read More)and are now refusing to refund my money. I have called, emailed, and even tried reaching out on social media, but they keep giving me the runaround with excuses and empty promises.
Their customer service is beyond terrible—rude, unhelpful, and clearly trained to make you go in circles until you give up. I saved up for this trip, planned everything, and now I’m left with nothing but frustration and lost money.
DO NOT trust them with your time or hard-earned cash. They are nothing but not trustworthy in disguise. I will be reporting them to every possible consumer protection agency. Avoid at all costs!

What's Not Good: Very Very Poor Experience At first, when we reached Jammu Tavi railway station (from where my package started), I call (Read More)ed the driver and said that we have reached at Jammu Tavi railway station, he said that you please take auto rikshaw and reach at the petrol pump nearby, I will wait for you there. I said him that which petrom pump should I reach then he said that just ask the auto rikshaw driver to reach you nearby petrol pump. I took auto rikshaw with a lot of luggage and reached petrol pump then I again called him so he said that you have reached at wrong petrol pump I am waiting for you at different petrol pump. Then I requested him to come here as I have a lot of luggage and old mother and one child also, only then he came to us. Thereafter, we left for Pahalgam as we have to stay at Pahalgam on 1st and rest of three nights, we have to stay at Srinagar. On the mid of the way when I asked the driver how much time it will take to reach pahalgam, only then he confirmed me that we are not going to Pahalgam but Srinagar. I asked that we have a stay at Pahalgam today as per itinerary so he told me to talk with agent. When I called agent Mr Vikrant, he said that you have to stay at Srinagar today as your hotel at pahalgam (hotel jannat) was not vacant today, then I told him that you should atleast inform me about that so he told that it’s the mistake of our booking team to not to inform you. Well, we reached Srinagar at evening. There also the hotel where the driver took us was not same as per my itinerary. Also I was denied to check in the hotel where the driver took us thereafter he talked the agent then he took me some other hotel where I had to stay for three days. There was no electric cattle, no water glasses, no room heaters (which I strongly said to agent that room heater is must as my mother is old). We have 5 adults and 1 child and as per my itinerary I will be given 2 rooms, in which one room with extra mattress for 5th adult. But there was no extra mattress also. We have adjusted anyhow. When I did complaint about it to Mr Vikrant then he said sorry only. Well, when I reached Pahalgam at 4th day (last night as per my package), there also the hotel was different. As per my itinerary I had to check in at Hotel Jannat but the hotel in which I have to stay was not the same (and the agent told me 1st day when he changed my location from Pahalgam to Srinagar that your hotel was not vacant so we are taking you at Srinagar). In nutshell, my destination was changed by the agent, my hotels were changed by the agent and did not inform us till the last minute. It is enough to spoil our mood to travel. I spent a lot of money to travel Kashmir but they spoiled our trip. I strongly recommend the Holidify to take a strong action against the agency as its defame the name of your company also.

Kashmir trip 2024 with dream yatri arranged by vikranth and amith agent
Hi this is Vinoth me and my dad love to travel a lot he was travelling many places for past 34 years and I was travelling for past 10 years. We are from Chennai TN and we love to visit places in North (Read More). So Feb 2024 we have planned to travel Kashmir the place which we choose is a heaven but travel agent we chosen was so horrible. If I need to rate the service of Vikram and amith I will give them 0. First of all mr.amith should have a humanity in arranging things and safeguarding customers. We around 44 members booked with dream yatri for 7 days plan. He charged us 13800 for a person and we paid half the amount before reaching Kashmir. Also before our journey start I spoke to him and he confirmed all the plan was perfect everything is booked perfectly. But the worst part is vikranth and Amit are relatives vikranth will get money from us and amith will act as an agent and book hotels and travels in Kashmir. From day 1 to day 7 i have to speak to them about the plan booking and everything they just spoiled our complete tour. In the group we had 25 members who all are above 60 years without considering the difficulties of senior citizens he haven't booked hotels properly. In 2 places we were waiting for 3-4 hrs for checking bcz at that time only these guys are searching for hotels. Before travel he said money is secondary but once we reached Kashmir his only motto is to collect money and carry on with his other stuff. Another point vikranth collected 47K for e-rickshaw for vaishnavi Devi temple which is in katra but haven't booked it till now our money haven't refund. During the vaishnavi temple visit he said us to get ready by 5:30 am and I call amith for pickup those guys arranged auto by 6:30 am once we reach the base point of temple they said we were late so the booking done for erickshaw can't be used. But till now he haven't sent us the receipt for booking erickshaw. Mr.vikranth if you are so genuine kindly post the erickshaw receipt over here publicly. For this I have hold 50K of final payment, only thing I asked receipt but haven't sent till now.
During final 2 day of travel these guys have a another plan to collect that 50K, driver turned of the bus all 44 members are in the bus vikranth call and said if you send 50K only we will start the bus or else as per the policy we are cancelling your trip service. What a bad attitude guy he his. He doesn't think we have 25+ senior citizens and 7 children's just cutting our calls. I wonder how a person can be like this. We went there to enjoy but haven't achieved it bcz daily morning and night I have to beg to him about the bookings and arrangements then finally I paid 50K bus started and till now there is no response on that erickshaw booking also they have looted 4 tickets in gondola ride which is complimentary for kids.
My suggestion is don't belive the reviews on the internet blindly try 3-4 booking agencies better go with authorised agents. I had my friend in Kashmir i don't to give him trouble for arrangements that's why booked everything with vikranth but he made the trip exp so worse.
He is in politics and posting videos about country's developments, I just wonder how this kindly of person can solve the public cause and how he can be a good person to serve people, when he can't able to takecare of 44 members who believed and came from southern part of India without knowing the place language. Don't misslead people who belive you and please have courtesy on the old age people's.
I was waiting for 1 month for the refund but till now I haven't so I just want to tell u guys what happened to me should not happen to any in future. Even I don't care I get my money back or not but humanity failed during this travel.
And for sure Kashmir the best place to visit and we will cherish the beauty of nature but plz go by booking good agents. And mr.vikranth I will post a video next with all the proof thanks.

What's Good: Recently we did a Rajasthan tour with the help of Dreams Yatri company. The whole family got very good service. The hotel was very good. All the services provided in the hotel were (Read More) very good. We did not face any problem and the best was their coach driver who treated us like family throughout the tour. I would like to thank Dreams Yatri company and their entire team. These people are very genuine and very cooperative. We had made only Rs 20,000 advance for the booking. We paid the remaining payment after reaching Jaipur. Our total package cost was Rs 84 thousand. Amazing service with a three star hotel. Thank you.
