Nothing good about this travel agency
1. Hotels are not at all good, I travelled to Goa just 4days back, my experience is horrifying. The agency booked hotel,'The Caravan Baga aqua resort',this hotel is a nighmare to stay Dreamsyari agency knew very well about this bullshit hotel, still they booked this hotel for me and my family. When toy enter this hotel lots of cockroaches will welcome you, no room service, hotel staffs are very (Read More)bad mannerred, breakfast dinner included in my package, but we never got food except on day one, rest of the days we have to purchase from outside, I complained to Saurav verma, Varsha from dreams yatri regarding hotel, they only say, we are looking into it, we are talking to hotel, Dreamsyatri agency could have easily accommodate me and my family in another hotel, but no they did not, so it is clear that Dreamsyatri travel agency is only looking for money, they do not need customer satisfaction..Guys please do not book this travel agency, your money will be of no use, The owner Vikrant, told me to deduct 1000 INR from package amount, what i would do with 1000INR , Vikrant could have said to me that they are arranging another hotel, but no , the hotel and travel agency are all same, so please do not go for Packages from Dreams Yatri travel agency 2. The tour travel through car also not good, the car driver only toured to nearby places, the cab driver only concern about timing from 10am to 6pm, even you request cab driver to take some other places, he simply refused Guys do not book through travel agency, book hotel from reputed brands like makemytrip, agoda..stay in good hotel, inquire local travel vendors , higher any car or any accomodation ..then enjoy

Thier communication is poor and menagment is also so poor...never trust on this guys. They are worst people... only make u fool and black mail.... After paying money u will bebin their trap and u have to accept all shit so i will not recommend this team

I am writing to share my highly unsatisfactory and very bad experience with dream yatri private limited regarding our recent trip booking to Srinagar schedule to start from 30th may to 5th June 2025. I had booked this on 5th April 2025, almost 2 months in advance, but even after 15 days (till 21th april 2025) of booking no confirmation on hotel booking received from their end. Due to pahalgam atta (Read More)ck on 22nd april 2025, we have cancelled our trip and contact to founder of dream yatri (Mr. Vikrant) and explained about regarding cancelation of upcoming trip due to current Indo-Pak war issue. Due to this genuine issue we will cancel this trip and require our full advance of 15000 (because even after 15 days of booking they don't share any hotel booking confirmation). Mr. Vikarant committed us to refund our amount in 3 instalment (5000 each for next three months). But after giving one instalment he denies to refund rest of amount (10000). Due to this unprofessional behaviour this vacation plan turned into a series of frustrations and unforeseen complications. Hence, My experience with dream yatri pvt ltd was incredibly disappointing and negatively impacted our vacation plan. Due to Pahalgham attack and Indo-Pak issue even government refunded full amount for godala ride at gulmarg during booking of our dates on 2nd june 2025 but dream yatri team are very unprofessional even after not giving any booking confirmation for hotel against our booking. The issues encountered, combined with the inadequate customer support, have left me with no confidence in their services. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution or consider alternative travel agencies when planning their trips to avoid similar negative experiences. Transparency, reliable booking, and responsive customer service are paramount for a good travel agency, and unfortunately, Dream yatri pvt limited fell short on all these fronts in our case.

The employees of this company and the owner of this company is liar. Thay won't give you what they offers. They show good hotels and cheap rates in their package only for taking advance from you after that they try to make maximum profit out of it. They r interested only in money. Please don't book your package with this company.

Climate was pleasant,liked the rides,boating & the hillside views.
Instead of taking a redeemable coupon or date extension my flight was cancelled as my travel plans were extended due to the indo-pak war,i suffered a loss of Rs 9,000/-,also the flight subsequently booked was in early morning of spicejet which was re-scheduled to late night,many tourist spots were skipped in itenary eg: Neem Karoli Baba ashram at nainital wasn't included,bhimtal lake visit etc,the (Read More) stay given at nainital was outside of nainital due to which daily a lot of time was consumed in travelling,even in ranikhet visit the stay was kept outside nainital thereby making the trip tiring,also staff wasn't aware as to which sector of Jim Corbett is best for tiger viewing and despite my request that i would require milk for my infant still at hotel for breakfast i was asked to pay for it.

We were a group of 20 people (5 families) who booked a Kashmir trip through them. Due to the India-Pakistan conflict, we had to cancel for safety reasons. We paid ₹75,000 in advance. After cancellation charges, they agreed to refund ₹55,000 but are now forcing us to accept a credit note instead of a refund. We tried planning an alternate trip to Nainital, but the hotel quotes were 3-4 times hig (Read More)her than the market rate. Their team, especially the sales girl Neha, was unhelpful and unresponsive. The owner doesn't even pick up calls. We now feel helpless. This agency is not customer-friendly and we want to warn others. Please do your research before booking.
