Unfortunately, my experience with Dreamland Tour & Travels did not meet my expectations. The hotel provided was located nearly 6 km away from the city, which caused significant inconvenience, and the overall hotel quality was below average.
Moreover, we faced serious issues with hot water at the hotel. Despite temperatures dropping to around –14°C, the issue was not resolved until checkout, mak (Read More)ing the stay extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast and dinner quality was very poor, forcing us to arrange meals outside the hotel at our own expense.
Additionally, the cab driver was unfamiliar with Manali and its local destinations and relied continuously on Google Maps, which resulted in frequent delays and disrupted our travel plans.
Overall, the trip was poorly managed, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The tour coordinator, Mr. Rohit, repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide any effective solutions to the issues raised during the trip.
I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its services for future travelers.
In short, once the payment is made, the responsibility seems to shift entirely to the customer, as the company showed little concern for issues faced during the stay and travel.

The food at hotels were good but the items are fixed, Aloo paratha for breakfast, and roti sabji for dinner everywhere.
The accomodation were really cheap, I was promised a 3 star hotel however the accommodations provided were either a 2 star or even lower in some cases like Dharmashala and Dalhousie. Also the hotels were very far away from City.
The itenerary the provide feels like there are school much places to visit however all those places mentioned are just one beside the other, they just try to make an imp (Read More)ression that they have covered everything.
The driver was very rude and had a very unprofessional behaviour. He showed a lot of attitude from day 1. He did not heed to our voice and most carried on like he pleased never followed the itenerary. He made us pay extra out of nowhere citing reason that he doesn't work after 7pm however the next day we travelled to Manali very late night with no extra charges.
He was all about making extra money from us through commissions and would offer okay done punjabi rap which was very horrible to listen to. Overall I would not recommend booking a trip with this tour operators.
Please look for some tour operators from your local area as they will know people and the good name matters to them.

All hotels met the agreed category that was Deluxe and were selected to balance comfort, budget, and proximity to the itinerary. In locations like Dharmashala and Dalhousie, hotel options may be limited due to the nature of the region, and hotels are in 10-15minutes of distance so that you can have peaceful trip and good view hotels and we ensured you were placed in clean, reputable properties within the agreed package range.
Regarding the itinerary, it was shared well in advance and designed to maximize sightseeing in a realistic time frame. The places mentioned are major tourist attractions, and their proximity is a geographic fact, not a misleading tactic. We're transparent in our approach and have never presented a quantity-over-quality model.
As for the driver, this is the first complaint we’ve received regarding his conduct. We have verified with our local team that he followed the route and timing as planned. Claims of rudeness, extra charges, and personal conduct are subjective and inconsistent with the feedback we’ve had from other travelers with the same driver. If any concerns had been raised during the trip, we would have taken immediate corrective action — unfortunately, no such communication was made during the tour.
While we understand that not every trip meets every expectation, we stand by the services delivered in your case. Very bad. The driver didn't drop at the hotel at the end of the trip. The travel agency also made a false travel itinerary. Lot of places were not visited, though they were included in the plan.
