What's Not Good: We had a trip to Kerala for 5 days & 4 nights. We explored Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, & Cochin. 1) Transportation-wise, really very good. Drivers are very professional, friend (Read More)ly, and on time. Provided car are also good in conditions. Drivers did their job really very well during our travel. 2) Accommodation arranged in Pine Tree hotel in Munnar for 2 days is very good experience and quality of the food is excellent in this hotel. Must try. 3) Thekkady hotel stay is average, room size very small. 1) In Dream Holidays, communication is not proper on time. Initially, while discussing the tour packages, they responded very quickly to my messages and calls. But after I made my advance payment for the trip, responses to my calls/messages from the Dream Holidays agent were very, very late. Sometimes no response. 2) I requested that they send me an invoice bill for the payment I made for this tour package several times over calls/messages, but they didn't provide me with one, and there has been no response for this yet. 3) They informed us that the luxurious houseboat stay will be in Alleppey with unlimited veg & non-veg foods and shared some pictures of the boat's luxurious room & how it will look. But when we went there, the boat rooms were normal, not cleaned properly & very bad, not looking like the pictures they shared with us, and the food quality & taste were very, very bad on the boat. And also Dream Holidays informed us that veg & all non-veg, like fish, chicken & mutton, unlimited food will be provided. Whatever the passenger wants, they can have it, but in the boat they served only limited foods with minimum menu items. During lunch, for the name shake, they served us one small fish fry. Apart from this, there is no non-veg menu dish available, and food taste & service is really very bad in the Alleppey Boathouse. The house boat name is "VEMBANAD EMPEROR - Anugraha group" Better avoid it.

We opt for Dream holiday for our Kerala trip. It was average experience with their service. They told that they will arrange a driver who can understand Hindi or English but we face problem in communi (Read More)cating with driver. They didnt arrange ticket in advance for Periyar boating, we missed that. In Allepy House boat room was AC but in night for 2 hours no current. During morning when they told dont use AC, the room fan was not working, it was like oven.

Initial coordination was difficult wrt to finalising the hotels, had to myself search and suggest hotels and availability was then checked. This led to a lot of chaos before the trip. But the trip in (Read More)itself was smooth, driver was very good and did good sightseeing. The hotel stay were also good, however we didn't get hotel of choice in Munnar. The food in hotel was very nice. Overall, my family loved the trip.

It's all good. The travel manager was prompt. The accommodation provided was very (Read More) good. The cab driver is very good, well behaved and knowledgeable about the area. He supported us all the way .

The experience was a mixed one. The arrangements were good at some places and average at others.

It was bad experience with dream holiday.
The driver provided for complete 7 days trip was not speaking in Hindi or English and was only speaking in his native language. Which we didn't understand. N (Read More)ever provided proper itenary about sites and there timing.
Plus quality of hotel was not good. Since the photos shown on internet were deceiving. In reality all hotel don't match the photos posted on internet. Looking at which we accepted the booking.
Lastly we had quarrel and argument with driver over payment issues since his calculation was not matching with ours. Now when I had dealt with dream holiday owner Sridevi why we have to deal with car driver or his owner over payment issue.
This is not professional at all.

Regarding Dream Holidays, the payment terms are very convenient. Ms. Shridevi planned the tour & gave guidance perfectly. Flexible to choose the hotels , including she supported us in recommending good hotels for out of the tour stays. The response from Dream Holidays is very prompt & timely . 1) 3 star hotels without AC rooms first time saw here.
2) selected honey moon package, given sharing house boat at alleppy.
Shocked this type treatment.
Suggest to everyone please ask clearly wh (Read More)at u expected for staying rooms, visiting places, etc.. then only book in dream holidays.
Sridevi kalpana says that I am the owner at any time cal me in your journey, but once u went to trip there is nothing to change. U cant back reverse from this.
She is responding immediately but I personally facing that there is no use.
What she sharing the package please observed each and every point and clarify your doubts.
I am totally dissapointed at hotel rooms, mainly at houseboat.
If anyone need private house boat need to ask Private Houseboat other wise you will get sharing house boat.
Cab driver is good but cab condition is not good.
First prepare the schedule what you want to visit before start the journey and once you reach the cab inform to the driver what u want to cover the places. Dont expect that they covered all the places.
