First of all, they didn't provide what they mentioned like Twin Towers and KL Tower tickets they didn't provide. Secondly, whenever we ask them to take us for dinner they would say go book a Grab and (Read More)they go. Also, they don't provide you with any support they will hand you over to some other agent who would treat you like you don't matter, you cannot spend more than the mentioned time on your trip. It had become more hectic than my usual office. If we are hiring travel agent why would we use Grab and other taxi service if we want to take the hassle we would have never booked an agent.

Singapore Trip through DEFT Organizers

I am not at all happy with the Singapore Trip through DEFT. As their names rhymes with THEFT. They actually did the same thing. They mentioned too many things in Quotation but on ground, I didn't get (Read More)those itineraries. They denied sharing the tickets like Cloud Forest and One Way Cable Car for Sentosa. I will never go through them in future and also won't recommend them to any one else.It could have been a great trip and feedback but just for few Singapore Dollars, DEFT will keep losing customers.

Thanks God that the Turkey Tour finally completed because of TurkeyTavelshop at Istanbul who has multiple agents in India including DOrganisers.
They start insulting irritating interaction on (Read More) any followup or feedback specially after money given.
For example, Domestic ticket was made for Istanbul - Izmir which arrives at night and no dinner was available......never bothered to inform even. On feed back they said with irritations......."helpless".
Full of tension as they do not communicate in advance, manipulated explanation and have no control on the tour.
We never recommend DOrganisers.

BEST OF DUBAI
We planned a Family trip to Dubai for 4N. This was our third trip to Dubai, which turned out to be the best out of all three trips. Itinerary made by Kuwar Ji was full of fun , excitement and relaxin (Read More)g.
We booked one of the best 5 STAR in DUBAI.

Trip to Europe
As much as we love to travel, we really find it extremely cumbersome to plan the whole trip on our own. We kept asking our friends for recommendations and that's when we got to know about Dorganizers (Read More)we got in touch with Monica who helped us a lot in planning our trip in the most comfortable manner. While we knew the countries that we wanted to travel to, we didn't have much idea about the destinations that we should cover. Thanks to Monica, she recommended us the best of places at best prices! She has great knowledge about different destinations in Europe and he could guide us on a lot of things with regards to those destinations. SHe also helped us in making all the prior bookings for the air tickets, boat rides, train tickets and sightseeing spots. While making these bookings for us, She was extremely forthcoming in recommending the best options to us. While we were planning the trip, we were facing many challenges in terms of budget, leaves from office and other personal commitments. However, Monica always showed great flexibility and never lost patience! Thanks a lot Monica and Dorganizers for planning an amazing trip to Europe.

It was little bit costly. One day itinerary was changed. Beaches were promised to be taken but not taken . Some hotels don't provide water bottles.
As we come from tropical climate like India, we hav (Read More)e enough water to drink.
therefore, i would suggest that special arrangements should be done for Indians who are traveling to turkey.

Pathetic Services
Pathetic Services, Non-professional and non co-operative staff. We have booked Thailand package from Mr. Atish Johari. My Travel date was 21st April 2023.
Some of the highlighted points :
1) He (Read More)committed for e-visa in the beginning and after booking he backed out before 1 week of travel.
2) He took the charges for the 5 star hotel but all the hotels are less that 3 stars.
3) Krabi Hotel ''Ayodhya Suits Resort" was horrible resort, booked by Mr. Atish and he did not cooperate us, to transfer to another hotel. We have to move to another hotel by our own cost.
4) Flight from Bangkok to Krabi was delayed and no one informed us from their team and we have to wait whole day at the airport.
I am highly disappointed with the services and never recommend anyone to go with this company.

Let me honestly give the full review:
I have traveled with my 1.5 years old baby,the trip was to Malaysia. The travel dates were in the first week of april 2023.
On reading the reviews i was hesitan (Read More)t in choosing the planners, but as many people have mentioned Prince was the reason to convince and make us choose them. But prince in between was not available saying some medical emergency.
Firstly regarding the flight tickets it is booked through sub agent (as per Mr. Atish's convo) hence any rescheduling or cancellation you will never get any information. We have faced during the flight from Langkawi to penang, the flight was rescheduled, but no info, so we were forced to stay from early morning till late night for the next flight.
The hotels in Kualamlampur - Regalia suites was good due to infinity pool, but the staff were very rude.
Do not expect early check-in in any hotel,particularly in KL-Regalia suites even if you are ready to pay extra money they wont provide you rooms. We were in search of rooms spending nearly 200 ringets for cab and room.
The hotel bay view was really good in aspect of room space,cleanliness and polite staff.
Again the penang hotel- Berjaya penang was a disaster-very old hotel and the planners have booked a standard room which was very small to accommodate.
Regarding the tours all was average. The city tours may miss many places due to time constraint.
Overall the tour experience was very average. It wasn't worth the money spent.
Singapore and Malaysia trip

After that we have received 03 visa only yours Malaysia visa is rejected. My Parents Trip To Dubai with D'Org
Hola!! I was on my Honeymoon Trip to Greece and Turkey for almost 15 days and trust me it was fabulous. Never received my refunds
Even after they deducted all the cancellation charges and promised refunds over email. It's been two and half years and I never received any refunds.
They will never confirm anything over email, but (Read More)promise everything over phone and then deny.

Excellent Service provided by the entire Deft Organizers team especially Mr.Atish Johari. Atish was extremely helpful and patient while managing the itinerary and working out change requests for us. T (Read More)hey offered a good deal at a very reasonable price. Helped in guiding the visa process and passport suggestion. Their colleagues in Turkey were super supportive and friendly.
Choice of hotels curated by them in the itinerary were amazing.
Only one thing which was not upto the mark was non-selection of meal option in Mumbai-Istanbul flight. Barring this we didn't have any issues with Deft Organizers' service and itinerary plan. Overall we had a comfortable and memorable trip and we would surely recommend them.

EXCELLENT HOLIDAY IN TURKEY AND GREECE
Hi! I have got their reference thru Google, scared to book thru them but somehow with their payment terms and continuous follow ups have booked through them. I have booked 10 nights and 11 days Honeym (Read More)oon Package for Greece and Turkey. I have not faced any issue through out my trip and they have booked all 5 star hotel for us. Our experience was good with D'organizers, We did have a few doubts while booking the trip, they were all clarified by Atish/Monica. And even though we paid a little extra in the end than what was pro (Read More)posed initially for flight tickets/Visa Processing, the trip was really worth it. Our Airport/Tour Transfers were very comfortable, Tour Guides were really friendly and helpful. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in - one of them (Afflon Hotel - Antalya) was not upto our expectations, I've provided my feedback via different channel.
Overall I'm really happy with the way our trip was planned, had a memorable one. Thanks to D'organizers again!!.

Its really strange to see your feedback i am thinking the way i have supported you will received a excellent feedback but i don't know why you have putted false and wrong this here where (Read More) as we have given all the services and inclusion as per your quote. Please find all the clarification point wise once again .
1. Your booking is done on sharing transfers only after the booking you have asked for private transfer where as i have given you difference of INR 6000/- but since due to restriction we are unable to provide you all the tours on private so we have informed the same thing to your before your tour start from India and we have also not charged any single penny for this and taken the money as per sic cost only.
However i my self upgraded your some transfers on priavte basis without any extra charge. So kindly remove this line we have charged from you for private tour.
2. Me and our team not asked you to pay any single amount from you for any tour whereas you have done lots of changes in on ground . If you have paid 20000/- extra kindly share the slip with us because we have not recived any information for this from anyone so its my humble request to you do not create false stories. Even we have one group to avoid these type of confusion but we have not recived any information regarding this.
3. Veg food arrangement is already 100% confirmed from our side in every place but you are asking to change these arrangements and asking to arrange your Dinner in some special restaurants which is not possible from our side. Because we always booked Indian Buffet dinner but never specify the restaurant names however the meals are Indian and pure veg.But in your case in Cappadocia we have cancelled your pre book lunch and arrange separate Lunch in different restaurant on your request since you are very found to enjoy the meal of particular restaurant so definitely this amount we have collected from you since last minute cancelation is not possible in any International or domestic destination.

Your booking is done on sharing transfers only after the booking you have asked for private transfer where as i have given you difference of INR 6000/- but since due to restriction we are unable to provide you all the tours on private so we have informed the same thing to your before your tour start from India and we have also not charged any single penny for this and taken the money as per sic cost only.
However i my self upgraded your some transfers on priavte basis without any extra charge. So kindly remove this line we have charged from you for private tour.
2. Me and our team not asked you to pay any single amount from you for any tour whereas you have done lots of changes in on ground . If you have paid 20000/- extra kindly share the slip with us because we have not recived any information for this from anyone so its my humble request to you do not create false stories. Even we have one group to avoid these type of confusion but we have not recived any information regarding this.
3. Veg food arrangement is already 100% confirmed from our side in every place but you are asking to change these arrangements and asking to arrange your Dinner in some special restaurants which is not possible from our side. Because we always booked Indian Buffet dinner but never specify the restaurant names however the meals are Indian and pure veg.But in your case in Cappadocia we have cancelled your pre book lunch and arrange separate Lunch in different restaurant on your request since you are very found to enjoy the meal of particular restaurant so definitely this amount we have collected from you since last minute cancelation is not possible in any International or domestic destination.

Booked a trip to Turkey which got cancelled due to covid. Now I have been following up with them for over an year to get refund but they are only giving excuses that the airline is not giving refund. You have given us 02 nights water villa and 01 night b (Read More)each villa and the same was confirmed to us through telephonic conversation and also through watsapp text however there was nothing like that as per your commitment.
We were given 02 nights beach villa and 01 night water villa and and also we got the room at afternoon 1500 HRS and next day we checked out at 0600 in the morning and we couldn't be able to spend our time peacefully due to all these bad situations.
So we had raised a complaint in National Consumer Forum and the complainant number is 2596823.
We urge you to provide any service compensation to us either a partial refund or else a holiday trip in India for both of us.

My humble request is to avoid this company as they do not provide service , just commit ! And the biggest mistake is to pay them any booking amount. Booked a Singapore trip with D’organisers. Our beloved Mr. Athish is the rudest host you can ever get. When you get to him with a problem his response would be “Shut up”. Not suggeste (Read More)d. Even if you are paying 2-3k more with other tour agents please go ahead with them.
He doesn’t share vouchers on time. (my travel insurance was shared 2 hours before departure after 8-10 follow ups).
We weren’t picked up from the airport on arrival. The hotel asked us to pay extra during check out since his bookings were fake and faulty.
Please avoid such tour operators.

Worst Experience with D'Organizers
I booked trip to Singapore and nothing went well with these unprofessional guys.When you contact them, they will keep you on top and give attractive quotes with false promises. Once you pay the amount (Read More), that's it, Game Over.
They start talking so rude and unprofessional, specially Monica Kapoor, who doesn't have sense of talking. You have to keep calling them for flight booking, Visa process and itinerary and they will keep you on hold till last moment. And you will shock to see final booking details, most of things are missing which were committed before making payment.
Right from included attraction which were supposed to be included in quote becomes paid things, Hotel Check in/out becomes as per hotel rooms, whereas they confirmed several times that check in/out will be arranged as per flight time. And when contacted sales person (Manoj), he confirmed that he committed everything but now they will provide those things on chargeable basis, and had to pay them additional money as I was trapped.
when you paid the money as well, they take 2 days to confirm the receipt and when you provide proof on online transaction, Monica Kapoor says, these proofs are no meant and says you haven't transfer money.

Very bad Itinerary for Singapore
Worst tour agency that I have come across in my life. Poor itinerary with the attitude once they receive the payment. They will make mistakes on their part and wouldn't even respond to your complaints (Read More). I went to Singapore and they tried their best to mismanage the trip. I had to take personal taxis just because their itinerary was very poor and driver came late for pick up and the return time was fixed.
Never ever use their service they might provide you package with 3-4k less than the others but don't go for them at all. Go for some reputed agency so you can relax at your holidays.

Unfortunate thing is we could not see even a bit of Snow at Gulmarg are at any place in Srinagar, Pahlagam etc, but witnessed / Seen only dry mountains elsewhere.
Convey our Spl thanks to Hotel Management and staff of Hotel ISHAN / Katra- they maintained rooms very clean and for supplying Hot water un interrupted. Hotel Managers are very soft spoken and looked dignified, also convey our thanks to the Manager of Amina group of House boats/Srinagar.
