Worst service i had received till date. He didn't completed his commitment. Every day we have to change hotels in same city as he didn't booked hotels for us even after 2 month advance booking of cust (Read More)omer.
We received details of hotel in Srinagar at last movement and have to travel all places with our luggages which is horrible.
Hotel he provided is just like single Star, not having proper basic amenities,l as they booked is at last movement.
Advice: Don't pay them earlier, confirm all hotel booking first if you don't want to spoil your trip even after spend money.

We have a wonderful experience at Kashmir. We booked our package through Cr7, the hospitality of the CR7 owner Jahangir Ji was excellent. They provided good hotels which are worth as per the package w (Read More)e booked. Also, the perfect driver with whom we become very comfortable. Overall our experience was good. I hail from Delhi and wanted to visit Kashmir valley in Dec-Jan to feel the chill and beauty of snow. My end-to-end trip has been organised by CR7 Tour & Travels. I covered Srinagar, Dhoodhpathri, Gul (Read More)marg and Pahalagam
It was a great experience dealing with them. The hotels, houseboat, vehicle, driver has been arranged by them. Initial booking with 15% and thereafter payments during the trip. Services were provided as promised. No issues related to payment. Decent hotels are provided as per your budget. Drivers(Ayub bhai recommended) are provided as per the customer. He makes you feel comfortable at an unknown place.
Recommended tour provider in Kashmir. One suggestion for improvement: They should more proactively interact with the hotel manager and staff to serve their customers with better hospitality.
Kashmir is indeed ultra beautiful, but great hospitality is what you except from your tour provider, which further makes your trip smooth, hassle-free and memorable.
CR7 is one such provider. Thanks CR7. Will visit again in Summers.

No receipts given for trip which was agreed initially.not given even after one month of end of tour even after repeated requests .This is malpractice as far as any service is concerned
