Trip to Darjeeling, Pelling, Gangtok, Sikkim, West Sikkim, India, West Bengal
I really loved the overall experience with Cosmik Tour and Travel. The stays were excellent, comfortable, and well arranged. A special mention to our cab driver, Nima, who drove very safely and smoothly and made our journey comfortable and enjoyable. His polite behaviour and excellent driving made the trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for a wonderful travel experience!
The luggage management in the other car could have been better. Proper space and better luggage arrangements would have made the journey more comfortable and hassle-free.

Trip to Sikkim
Communication was very crisp and clear
Transportation facility (driver)was punctual and friendly
Hotel rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful
Rooms in lachung could have been better
Itinerary should have a plan B when the roads are blocked for Nathula or Yumtang valley as I had to pay extra for permit for Mt Katao which was frustrating

Your appreciation means a lot to our team and motivates us to continue delivering memorable travel experiences.
We also sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the accommoda (Read More)tion in Lachung and the unforeseen changes to the Nathula/Yumthang itinerary. Due to weather conditions and government regulations, access to these destinations can occasionally be restricted at short notice. However, we understand your concern regarding the additional permit cost for Mt. Katao and agree that alternative arrangements should be communicated more clearly in such situations. We will certainly work on improving our contingency planning and guest communication to ensure a smoother experience in the future.
