Trip to Sikkim
Communication was very crisp and clear
Transportation facility (driver)was punctual and friendly
Hotel rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful
Rooms in lachung could have been better
Itinerary should have a plan B when the roads are blocked for Nathula or Yumtang valley as I had to pay extra for permit for Mt Katao which was frustrating

Due to weather conditions and government regulations, access to these destinations can occasionally be restricted at short notice. However, we understand your concern regarding the additional permit cost for Mt. Katao and agree that alternative arrangements should be communicated more clearly in such situations.
