Had a great trip. We'll organised, very well informed and interesting guide. The hotels too were very well planned and well appointed. Cloudship Holidays did a great job. Full marks to Sohail who was (Read More)very responsive to resolve any glitches. Would like the buses to have wi-fi please - as journeys to tourist spots are quite long at times.

We had a very smooth and well-managed experience with Cloudship Holidays. Special thanks to Nikhil and Aryan — they were always available on call, very supportive, and handled everything professionall (Read More)y. Throughout the trip, we didn’t face a single challenge. All activity tickets were provided on time, and coordination was excellent. The drivers were punctual, professional, and friendly, which made local travel comfortable. We genuinely did not have to worry about anything during the trip. The only downside was the hotel — it did not fully match the photos, and the rooms were smaller than expected. That was slightly disappointing. Overall, the service was outstanding. I would rate it 9/10 and would recommend them for a stress-free travel experience.

I recently returned from a trip to Bali (Read More) organized by them, and honestly, "very good" feels like an understatement. It was seamless, soul-soothing, and perfectly paced. Planning & Personalization From my very first inquiry, the team at Cloudship stood out. I’m quite picky when it comes to itineraries—I don’t like those "marathon" tours where you're rushed from one temple to another without a moment to breathe. I told them I wanted a mix of Bali’s iconic "Instagrammable" spots and some genuine quiet time. They were incredibly patient, tweaking the plan three or four times until it hit that sweet spot between adventure and relaxation. The Experience on the Ground Once we landed in Denpasar, the transition was effortless. Our driver/guide was waiting with a huge smile and a cold bottle of water, which is exactly what you need after a long flight! The Accommodations: They booked us into a Private Pool Villa in Ubud that was tucked away from the main road. Waking up to the sound of the jungle and having a floating breakfast was a core memory. The Tours: We did the classic Nusa Penida day trip. While the island is famously busy, Cloudship’s local partners knew exactly how to time our visits to Kelingking Beach and Broken Beach to avoid the heaviest crowds. The Little Details: What impressed me most was their 24/7 support. On one afternoon, we decided we wanted to swap a temple visit for a spa session last minute. I messaged our coordinator, and within 15 minutes, everything was rearranged. No stress, no "extra hidden fees," just pure service. Why I Highly Recommend Them Bali can be overwhelming to plan on your own because there are just too many options. Cloudship Holidays acted as a filter, picking the best hotels and the most reliable transport. They managed the E-Visa process and the boring paperwork so I could focus on what really mattered: the sunset at Uluwatu and the cafes in Seminyak.

Everything was very well planned and executed, from hotel arrange (Read More)ments to sightseeing schedules. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the locations offered beautiful views and easy access to major attractions. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, giving us enough time to explore places like Mall Road, Kufri, and nearby scenic spots without feeling rushed. The transportation was smooth, and the driver was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable about local areas. What truly stood out was the professionalism and support of the Cloudship Holidays team. They were responsive, cooperative, and ensured a hassle-free experience throughout the trip. I have taken up Singapore Malaysia trip with my parents in June 2025 through cloudship holidays via holidify . I was well informed about the trip beforehand and the itinerary was customized as per my requirements as senior Travellers were accompanied. The reservation in the hotel were smooth . The operation team were well connected to me during the team . Even they helped me reclaim my lost iP (Read More)hone in singapore . I had approached them to resolve the issue regarding my lost phone and they immediately took action and the respective driver dropped back my iPhone at the hotel. This was a big help from the team side I wouldn't have been able to reclaim my lost phone in such a short time period alone without their support. Thanks cloudship holidays for making our trip a memorable one. Will definitely recommend them .

Hi, Actually I was from tamilnadu and I found cloudship Holidays on Instagram and at first I was doubtful how they gonna do it but I have to say it one best customer service I was experienced because I was working in Saudi and my finance is chennai and they easily managed and process our visa and all the travel plan seamlessly and when we reach the Singapore trip plans and travel and pickup are (Read More) very awesome and the coordinator are very helpful and if I had any issues they have resolved in seconds .
