• Trip to Greece, Venice
We booked our Europe trip with Centaur Vacations. We paid everything in advance before leaving for trip & before consuming any services proposed. Pls be warned the vouchers given by them may be refuse (Read More)d when you turn up for checkin. As happened with us, our hotel in Santorini Greece refused to provide us accommodation. Even worse when we contacted Centaur they insisted that they can’t book equivalent alternate accommodation unless they receive refund of their amount paid to the hotel. They failed to connect with the hotel, even then we connected them to hotel & arranged hotel confirmation to them about refund. Even after churning up for all this on our own, they made us wait for more than 4 hrs and couldn’t arrange equivalent alternate accommodation. Finally we booked our accommodation on our own incurring additional expenditure at our end. We had to suffer physical fatigue and mental harassment in the process.
Also they booked our flight from Santorini to Athens, as a rule with that airlines it was compulsory to do web checkin. Showing their utter unprofessionalism, they neither informed this to us nor did web checkin for us. We had to pay again full amount at the checkin counter for our boarding passes.
They are the most unprofessional, unethical and pathetic tour services provider I have ever seen. They will show you good testimonials and whatsapp reviews of past travellers. My suggestion to all pls don’t book your trip through them if you wish to have hassle free, peaceful and pleasant holidays. Even if they offer you cheap prices, pls don’t get trapped instead buy some peace with extra money with other travel service providers.

There was some confusion at the Hotel while check-in (as it sometimes happens with international travel) and I must say, Rishabh and his team went above and beyond to sort it out. I would highly recommend the agency for all travel needs in future too!
