Hotel were good
Tour operator is very unprofessional daily we have to call them to confirm the next day plan and wait for the driver detail management of their team is not good at all they even tried to change our itinerary and when we didn't get ready for that they asked to make full payment at that time only but when we booked that tour they asked to do the remaining payment at last day of tour this is worst ex (Read More)perience we ever had for any trip, we went there to relax but instead of that every night we were stressing about the next day sometimes they shared the details in morning only and they also changed our hotel in lachung when we reached there. Very bad experience.

• Vehicle in Sikkim Darjeeling do change du (Read More)e to interstate movements which was informed to you at the time of booking despite that vehicle for your tour reached your hotel every day before time.
• It is our duty to inform our guests about day-to-day weather/road condition updates, which our team did. Due to heavy rain, there was landslides in Lachung so team asked whether you want to visit or not. After your confirmation vehicle was there before time and you visited and enjoyed Lachung.
• As per our payment policy (informed before booking) final payment was to be made on day1 but our accounts receive final payment on day5, without any trouble in your tour.
• Yes, we agree that our team upgraded your hotel in Lachung without increasing your package cost, good views from room, upgraded room category. We didn’t receive any complaints from you at the time of visit, even our team got confirmation from hotel that our guests are very happy with the rooms and hotel.

Definitely we will try to improve our services and will eagerly wait to serve you again.

Trip to Sikkim

The tour was very well organised. Right from the time we arrived at airport till the drop back to the airport everything was so well organised by Mr.Dipankar. We had a very pleasant stay, very nice food and transportation.The price of the entire trip is very reasonable. Special thanks to Mr.Dipankar who is a very polite gentleman who was in touch throughout the travel experience.
