There was nothing good to like about this worst travel agency
We recently traveled to Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer through this travel agency, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
At Sam Sand Dunes in Jaisalmer, we were given a room that was described as a “super luxury room,” but it did not even have an AC. In a desert destination like Jaisalmer, AC is a basic necessity, especially when the property is advertised as a three (Read More)-star hotel. When we asked for an upgrade to a room with AC, we were asked to pay an additional amount.
The hotel arranged for us in Jaisalmer was also very unhygienic despite being mentioned as a three-star property. The blankets provided were not clean, and the overall condition of the room was not worth the price we paid.
Another issue was the poor coordination. Whenever we asked the travel agency or the driver about the itinerary, they seemed unsure about the plan and were not flexible in making adjustments. This made the trip feel poorly organized.
What was even more disappointing was that no one from the travel agency contacted us during the trip to check if everything was going well or if we had any issues. They were not easily reachable when we tried to contact them.
Overall, this was one of the worst travel agency experiences we have had. Please think twice before planning any trip with them.
If you’re looking for an adventure where nothing goes according to plan, then Back2Holidays is the perfect choice. They truly believe in giving you an “authentic survival experience” rather than a comfortable vacation.
Our Mount Abu and Udaipur trip started with a car whose AC clearly believed in minimalism as in, it simply didn’t exist. Who needs cool air when you can enjoy Rajasthan’s natural (Read More) sauna?
Accommodation in Mount Abu was another delightful surprise. We booked a hotel, but Back2Holidays generously upgraded us to a lodge. Truly unforgettable.
Communication was also top-notch. The driver mastered the art of disappearing, not picking up calls like a true professional.
If Back2Holidays’ goal was to turn a relaxing vacation into a test of patience, endurance, and heat tolerance, then congratulations… mission accomplished.
Highly recommended for anyone who prefers unexpected chaos over actual travel comfort.

Rajasthan Trip in Dec 2025
Ms.Himani and Mr.Shailendra were so supportive and were available every time. Our Cab driver Mr.Vikram Singh is very polite and calm.

Rooms provided were good, but for that we have paid extra
Rooms: They did not clearly specify the room category. We were told we would be provided with a luxury category tent, but the room had broken taps, no hot water, and damaged door latches. Even after raising complaints, they neither fixed the issues nor transferred us to another room.
Transport: They arranged transport through Prerana Tours, which was extremely poor. Their accounts have been sus (Read More)pended on multiple platforms due to negative user reviews, yet Back2Holidays still provided their vehicles to us. The drivers were unprofessional and made us walk half a kilometre to one kilometre every time, even on routes where travel vehicles were permitted. They also insisted that we take their guide and stopped only at shops of their choice. When we refused, they changed the itinerary as they wished, causing us to miss several sightseeing spots.
Even after we reported these issues to Back2Holidays, they repeatedly assured us that the problems would be resolved, but in reality, no action was taken..

Very costly but services/accomodation they give are very bad. Pls make sure you yourself check the hotel and it's location before making any booking
? We had an amazing 3 night and 4 day trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. This is my first tour with back 2 Holidays, such a great trip and memorable for us. We felt safe and relaxed and had tons of peace of mind. Hotels and vehicles arranged by them were very nice.
