Rooms provided were good, but for that we have paid extra
Rooms: They did not clearly specify the room category. We were told we would be provided with a luxury category tent, but the room had broken taps, no hot water, and damaged door latches. Even after raising complaints, they neither fixed the issues nor transferred us to another room.
Transport: They arranged transport through Prerana Tours, which was extremely poor. Their accounts have been sus (Read More)pended on multiple platforms due to negative user reviews, yet Back2Holidays still provided their vehicles to us. The drivers were unprofessional and made us walk half a kilometre to one kilometre every time, even on routes where travel vehicles were permitted. They also insisted that we take their guide and stopped only at shops of their choice. When we refused, they changed the itinerary as they wished, causing us to miss several sightseeing spots.
Even after we reported these issues to Back2Holidays, they repeatedly assured us that the problems would be resolved, but in reality, no action was taken..
Only vehicle provided by them was good
Very costly but services/accomodation they give are very bad. Pls make sure you yourself check the hotel and it's location before making any booking
? We had an amazing 3 night and 4 day trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. This is my first tour with back 2 Holidays, such a great trip and memorable for us. We felt safe and relaxed and had tons of peace of mind. Hotels and vehicles arranged by them were very nice. These guys are highly unprofessional. All they need is money and after the booking is done and they get their payment, even after you go to hell, they won't bother. Their so called sales agent Shubham is so unprofessional that once the sales is done, he won't even pick your calls. Then their so called trip advisor will behave like a local goon and has the capability of stopping your car during you (Read More)r trip in between just to extract their money.
They are so ill mannered, unprofessional and non trustworthy that instead of making memories you will end up in nightmare.
If you want to book through them, book at your own risk.

Please read my review thoroughly..this was my 4th trip from travel triangle and proved to be the most pathetic.
I booked my holiday package to Rajasthan from agent Preeti Sharma from back to holidays in December around 2 months back from the start date. Preeti Sharma was super duper active for 2 days when the booking and payment everything got confirmed. Post initial booking, if I call/message he (Read More)r for any detail, always delayed response or no response. The blunder she did with me that she changed my hotel and neither informed me or the driver till the time I arrived at the hotel and the hotel person says there is no booking for you. I had my 6 months old infant, 6 years old son and senior citizen parents. After calling Preeti, she was not ready to accept her fault,was rude and there was no empathy in her words. We were roaming hotel to hotel with our luggage and kids and parents. The hotels chosen were pathetic - jaigarh palace (1*), juma camp (0*) , balam jodhpur (-1*).
Only Welcome heritage traditional haveli, jaipur was good hotel. Somehow the owner of back to holidays was polite enough and he refunded my jodhpur hotel amount and we managed to book room in Marriott jodhpur. Whole time, Preeti Sharma was not reachable,rude, no ethics. IF you are Booking with back to holidays, never ever book with this ridiculous agent named PREETI SHARMA. She will make your holiday a NIGHTMARE. DRIVER JEETENDRA WAS OK OK BUT but MOODY. Most of the time he was on phone and not willing to drive much in city traffic. His guides were good and his restaurants were good and he suggested and took us to few good local eateries as well. Overall he was ok ok. My money got wasted and the whole credit goes to PREETI SHARMA.
