🚨 SCAMMER ALERT! BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENT! 🚨
THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING SHAJU WITH YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!
We paid this guy ₹42,000 in full to book a resort for our trip. Ju (Read More)st ONE DAY BEFORE OUR TRIP, he suddenly called us with an excuse that renovation work was going on at the resort and claimed he had arranged an alternative 5-star hotel for us.
We trusted him because he had been our travel agent since 2024. BIG MISTAKE!
The hotel we ended up staying at was nowhere near what we had been promised. The AC did not even work for an entire day! This was supposed to be a holiday, not a struggle to get basic hotel facilities.
And the worst part? When it was time to check out after our four-day stay, he came up with another excuse, saying there was an issue with his bank and asking us to pay the hotel bill ourselves. We trusted him and paid again, believing he would refund our money.
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH, AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ₹42,000 REFUND!
Instead of returning our money or providing a proper explanation, he has stopped responding to our messages. He was quick to take our money, but when it comes to returning it, suddenly there is no response!
And it doesn’t end there. Later, we discovered that he had allegedly done the same thing to our brother as well.
AND HERE IS THE MOST SHOCKING PART!
After reading the reviews, we realized that other people have also reported similar experiences with him. We were shocked to see that our experience might not be an isolated incident. Had we checked these reviews earlier, we might have thought twice before trusting him with our money.
How many more people have to go through this before others become aware of what is happening? People work hard for their money and save it to enjoy a holiday, not to spend weeks chasing a travel agent for a refund!
The biggest mistake we made was trusting someone we had dealt with since 2024. We paid in good faith, but now we are left chasing our own money, dealing with excuses and unanswered messages.
SHAJU, IF THERE IS A GENUINE ISSUE, AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO RESPOND AND EXPLAIN. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BEG FOR THEIR OWN MONEY BACK!
⚠️ MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE: PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL BEFORE MAKING ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT TO THIS TRAVEL AGENT. Check the reviews thoroughly, verify your bookings directly with the hotel, insist on written confirmations, and keep proof of every payment and conversation.
We are sharing our experience so that others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid going through the same ordeal.
₹42,000 IS OUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. WE WANT OUR REFUND, AND WE WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED!
PLEASE SHARE THIS AND HELP WARN OTHERS. DON’T LET ANYONE ELSE END UP IN THE SAME SITUATION.
1. He is a fraud, he took money from me and my relative. He didn't give us any service.
2. He is a fraud.
Worst..avoid it.
