I had a really bad experience with this Agency. I had a talk with Mr. Abhishek. Initially there was Dolphin Discovery in my package that I wanted. But there is a clear difference between Dolphin Disco (Read More)very and Dolphin Encounter. I asked like 2-3 times over call and whatsapp text also if he has added dolphin discovery. He said Yes. I paid advance of 10K to proceed further for Visa Process. Even after giving advance I again asked the same as I was confused - cos what they had mentioned in itinerary was- "Dolphin Discovery - Basis Dolphin Encounter". That was really confusing. I asked 4-5 times again after giving advance amount. after wasting 1.5 month, he told me if you want dolphin discovery then pay 19000 more cos the name is dolphin discovery but your package is for encounter and not discovery. He denied his mistake and asked me to take back the visa documents and also asked to pay for sending my Visa documents by courier. We don't even have time to book package with other agency. Visa cannot be processed in time now and they also have our 10k amount as advance. Such a pathetic company with worst people in their company. I will surely sue this company after getting my refund as I have all the call recordings and Text messages of that guy with me.

WE have already refunded your 10k last week, secondly we did not refuse to book you only asked to return the amount instead we have already booked tickets for Dolphin encoun (Read More)ter which we are bearing a loss. Pls be kind enough and not spread false rumours against a reputed company like us. we have all the proofs and screenshot of payment made to you.
