Well planned and organised. We got a good vehicle and guide for the trip.
Better lunch restaurants to be suggested.

I had a great trip to Bhutan with Arshia Tours and Travels. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Approachable team. Provided transport and accommodation as promised. The food was generally good, except for one or two instances
Driver behaved unprofessionally for one day. Hotel and food in punakha were not up to the mark

Very poor service. Arshia tour & travel didn't knew about immigration pass documents.. We have lost bookings amount 22000/ fraud agency. Lastly owner don't received my call. It May be misleading.

Dear Tilak, we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
However, we would like to clarify that your hotel bookings were already confirmed and paid for in advance, so a refund was not possible. Out (Read More) of the three travellers in your group, one document was not accepted by the Bhutan Immigration Office — something beyond our control. We had already provided the list of required documents beforehand, and I was personally present with you till 9 PM, assisting you throughout the process. I also offered you an alternate travel date, which was declined.
Please note that Arshia Tours and Travels operates with complete honesty and transparency, and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Trip to Paro, Bumthang, Thimphu, Phobjikha Valley
The car, driver n guide were very good.itinery also good
We paid 45000/ extra for 4 star hotels.but in phuentsilong they gave us 3 star hotels on 1st day n last day.Accordingly to me they charged 10000 more, which is not fair.

Regarding the hotel concern, we would like to clarify that the init (Read More)ial itinerary shared was for 3-star properties, and the 4-star upgrade was provided as per your request, which naturally involves a higher price difference. Additionally, in Phuentsholing, there are no 4-star hotels available — only 3-star premium options — and this was clearly communicated beforehand. We appreciate your understanding and are happy you enjoyed the rest of your trip.

Trip to Thimphu, Paro
Tour was proper Planed, Tour Guide is very Friendly. Hotel which we stay was not so good (food is not very tasty), but hotel staff was very supportive they tried to serve good north indian food :).
while travelling to and fro from Bagdogra to phuentsholing 3 days got wasted.
