Right from recieving from Bagdogra airport we felt that we were properly taken care of .. hassle free immigration
Right from the hotels to food and travel we felt comfortable even the vehicle driver Mr Garrisen and our tour guide found to be so generous helpful..

Our sudden trip to Bhutan was a huge success thanks to Arshia Tours and Travels! I found their contact on Holidify just 5 days before we wanted to leave. This was our very first package tour, so I just gave them our travel dates, and they planned absolutely everything perfectly.
From the seamless pick-up at Bagdogra Airport to our final drop-off, the service was excellent. They booked very good (Read More) 3-star rooms for us and created a fantastic itinerary that covered all the best places in Bhutan—all while keeping it budget-friendly. They are incredibly helpful at suggesting places and organizing the logistics. Highly recommend them for a stress-free trip!

Approachable team. Provided transport and accommodation as promised. The food was generally good, except for one or two instances

Very poor service. Arshia tour & travel didn't knew about immigration pass documents.. We have lost bookings amount 22000/ fraud agency. Lastly owner don't received my call. It May be misleading.

However, we would like to clarify that your hotel bookings were already confirmed and paid for in advance, so a refund was not possible. Out (Read More) of the three travellers in your group, one document was not accepted by the Bhutan Immigration Office — something beyond our control. We had already provided the list of required documents beforehand, and I was personally present with you till 9 PM, assisting you throughout the process. I also offered you an alternate travel date, which was declined.
Please note that Arshia Tours and Travels operates with complete honesty and transparency, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
