Trip to Udaipur, Mount Abu, Rajasthan, India
I recently booked a travel package to Udaipur, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
At the time of booking, I was not informed that the sightseeing locations included in the package would not be fully accessible by car. This was only clarified later, when I raised the question, and I was told that it was mentioned in the terms and conditions that the vehicle would only g (Read More)o as far as possible. I strongly believe this should have been clearly communicated to me before taking the initial payment.
Additionally, the driver provided to us was unfamiliar with the routes. My wife and I had planned this as a honeymoon trip to relax and enjoy, but instead, we spent most of our time guiding the driver, which was both stressful and disappointing. I had also specifically requested a professional and safe driver, and I was assured that my requirements would be fulfilled. However, upon arriving in Udaipur, it became evident that this commitment was not honored.
Furthermore, there were issues with transportation coordination. I had discussed visiting two locations with the transportation coordinator, who informed me about the travel distance, and I agreed accordingly. However, on the way back from Mount Abu, the driver included these locations en route, which significantly reduced the actual additional distance. Despite this, I was still overcharged.
In Mount Abu, the driver also took us to a location that was not included in our package, despite confirming that he was aware of the correct destinations. Following this, the transportation coordinator called me and spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, raising his voice unnecessarily. This behavior was completely unacceptable.
Overall, due to poor coordination, lack of transparency, unprofessional conduct, and unnecessary charges, my trip experience has been severely affected. What was meant to be a special and enjoyable honeymoon turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I feel that my money has been wasted, and I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided

At the initial stage, the package shared by us was declined, and you provided a reference package from another agent, requesting us to match it at the best possible price. We successfully did so. During this process, our sales team had also advised you to consider slightly better options for a more comfortable experience, even if it meant a marginal increase in cost. However, you chose to proceed with the selected package.
You had clearly informed us that you are originally from Udaipur and aware of the local conditions, including the fact that cab access is restricted up to a certain point near the hotel. This was also communicated by our team, and you confirmed your understanding and acceptance before booking.
During your trip, when you faced inconvenience, our coordinator Mr. Rahul immediately assisted you and suggested using Rapido for internal transfers, assuring reimbursement upon sharing receipts. While receipts were not provided, we still accommodated your request and adjusted ₹500 from your package cost as a goodwill gesture.
Furthermore, your tour proceeded smoothly without any major concerns raised during the trip. One additional point beyond the itinerary was also arranged for you free of cost by our team.
Later, two more sightseeing points were discussed directly with the driver without informing our team. The driver had clearly informed you that covering those points later would incur additional charges due to extra kilometers, and you had agreed to the same.
During our feedback call, you confirmed that the additional payment was made directly and also acknowledged that you did not keep our team informed as you were focused on enjoying your trip.
Considering all of the above:
- All services were delivered as agreed
- Additional support and flexibility were provided from our end
- Even goodwill compensation was given without documentation

Driver was late on most days by half an hour to one hour and was also not accommodating our requests

We had a great experience with this travel package. Everything was very well organized, including the hotels, transportation, and overall arrangements. The driver was professional, polite, and very supportive throughout the journey.
We also really appreciate the support in adjusting our travel plan according to the weather conditions, which made the trip smooth and comfortable.
Overall, it was a (Read More)n excellent experience. We look forward to planning more trips with you in the future. Highly recommended.
