- Each animal encounter includes 10 minutes to interact with your chosen tiger
- This activity will run in all weather conditions

## Tiger Encounter Rules
- Participants must approach the tigers from behind
- Participants are not allowed to touch a tiger on its head
- Participants are not allowed to use flash photography as it may damage tigers' eyes
- Participants must follow the instructions given by the keeper
- Participants are only allowed to bring in their camera or phone within the enclosure. All other belongings must be left outside or in one of the free lockers onsite. Food and drink, selfie sticks, walking sticks, and wheelchairs are not permitted inside the activity area

## Child Height and Age Requirements
- Children with the height of 90cm and above can interact with the smallest tiger. Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult
- Only children aged 16+ with a height of 150cm and above can visit cages with small-sized tigers
- Only children aged 17+ with a height of 160cm and above can visit cages with medium-sized tigers
- Participants aged 18+ with a height of 160cm and above can visit cages with large-sized tigers
