Shared and Private Auckland Airport (AKL) Transfers to/from Auckland CBD

- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
- **Please note:** This document is a prepaid voucher for SuperShuttle Airport Ground Transportation. This does not mean that you have pre-booked a reservation for SuperShuttle. You will need to follow the instructions below to access the SuperShuttle's reservation system and exchange this to a prepaid reservation order number (RON) for your transfer

# Pick Up and Drop Off Information:
- Please allow at least 1 hour journey time for your transfer to the airport
- Hotel pick up time window: please ensure that you are located in the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time
- This transfer service is available for most of the hotel accommodations in CBD Auckland


# Airport Pick Up Procedures:
- Step 1: Collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
- Step 2: Proceed to the Super Shuttle holding rank located immediately outside the main terminal exit door
- Step 3: Present the voucher to the driver at the Super Shuttle holding rank for vehicle boarding

# Hotel Pick Up Procedures:
- For Departure Shuttle Service (hotels to airports), you will receive a confirmation email with Super Shuttle confirmation number (RON) and pick up time from Super Shuttle
- If you do not received this email by the date of your travel, please call **0800748885 (local)** or **+6495225100 (international)** for assistance to confirm your booking details. You will need your flight departure time and hotel pickup information
- It's advised that you ring and confirm your booking details and pickup time on **0800 748885** at least 12 hours prior to your pick up
- Please advise the agent that you have a prepaid voucher to avoid duplication in your reservation
