- Children aged 0-2 can enter for free
- The same ticket price applies for both adults and children aged 3+
- Children under 110cm are not permitted to use some of the attractions
- Children aged 0-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
- **Please note:** The experience time of the attractions is limited to 1 hour. You can still stay in the venue after that but you will not be able to access the attractions
- The duration of VR experience is 5 minutes. Please note that refunds will not be granted for travelers who choose to leave during the experience
- Baby strollers are not allowed in the venue
- Wearing trousers is recommended
- Visiting on weekdays is more recommended to avoid long queues
- Re-entry is not allowed
- The venue is not accessible to wheelchairs
- Photography, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the premises
- Storage areas are available on site at an additional fee of KRW2,000 (big storage) and KRW1,000 (small storage)
