# Additional Information:

- For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time
- For arrival transfers, the driver will be ready at the airport 30 minutes after flight landing time. The driver will wait up to 2 hours from flight landing time. It will take approximately 45-75 minutes to clear immigration and customs. In the rare event where you are able to clear immigration and collect your baggage in less than 30 minutes, please wait patiently inside the airport until your driver arrives
- If it is past the waiting time and the driver is unable to reach you, the driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- During check out, please provide contact details which your driver can contact you by while in Nepal

- **Note:** A surcharge of USD2.5 is applicable for airport pick up and drop offs between 8:00pm-6:00am to be paid directly to driver in cash
