# Booking Guidelines:
- For same day booking, please book at least 3 hours before your scheduled pick up time
- Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
- Your preferred pick up date & time should be at least 4 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

# Vehicle and Luggage Information:
- **Standard Sedan:** Maximum 3 passengers + 20" x 3 luggage **or** maximum 3 passengers + 24" x 2 luggage
- **Standard MPV:** Maximum 4 passengers + 20" x 4 luggage **or** maximum 4 passengers + 24" x 3 luggage
- **Standard Van:** Maximum 10 passengers + 20" x 10 luggage **or** maximum 10 passengers + 24" x 6 luggage
- **Luxury Sedan:** Maximum 3 passengers + 20" x 3 luggage **or** maximum 3 passengers + 24" x 2 luggage
- Standard Luggage Size: 20in or 20kg (Height 55cm x Width 32.5cm x Thickness 22cm). Bags over 20in will be considered 2 pieces
- Large items such as skis, surfboards, foldable wheelchairs, golf bags, and pets cannot be accommodated in this transfer service

# Additional Information:
- Child seat: Available for children aged 0-4, one chid seat is free, additional seats are subject to avaiilability, surcharge THB200 per seat applies. Due to the limited space of each car type, there is a maximum of 1 child seat available per car, a maximum of 2 child seats available per MPV, and a maximum of for 3 child seats available per van
- Passenger must fasten safety belt while seated, if passenger does not follow this policy, operator will not take any responsibility if have accidents or police arrested
- All vehicles are stroller and wheelchair-friendly
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- **Important**: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

- Highways/Expressway: Road maintained by Expressway Authority of Thailand
- Tollways: Toll way on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road (Din Daeng - Don Mueang - Rangsit) with the royal name as Uttaraphimuk Elevated Road
- Motorways: Intersection between motorways supervised by the Inter-City Highway Division, Department of Highways
