# Pick Up Information:
- The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour

## Airport to Hotel
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- **Location for Domestic/International Arrivals:** After baggage claim and customs check, please exit Godofredo P. Ramos Airport and proceed to the Southwest booth located at the Airport Arrival curbside located at the front of the airport. An airport representative will meet you at the counter

## Hotel to Airport
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- Operator will pick you up **3 hours before** your flight departure time
- Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up. Refunds will not be issued for latecomers and no-shows

# Travel Journey:
## 1. Airport to Caticlan Port
- Guests will be picked up from the airport, transported via an air-conditioned bus or coaster to Caticlan (either Caticlan Jetty Port or Tabon Port depending on the weather)
- If by Caticlan Jetty, there will be a private air-conditioned lounge for guests

## 2. Caticlan Port to Boracay Island
- Transfer to be done via a 5-10 minute ride via outrigger boat

## 3. Boracay Port to Hotel
- From either Cagban or Tambisaan Port, guests will be brought to their hotel via an air-conditioned van. Guests will be guided by the logistics coordinator even in locations far off from the main road
