- Please collect your ticket before 2:00pm (for 4:00pm show) and before 6:00pm (for 8:00pm show) on your show date
- You must redeem your pyhsical ticket at the Genting International Showroom Box Office to enter the show

- Saturday-Sunday, and public holidays: 4:00pm
- Tuesday-Saturday, and public holidays: 8:00pm
- No shows on Mondays except public holidays

## By Car
- From KL Sentral, the attraction is an hour drive via the Gua Musang/E8 highway
- From KLIA/KLIA2, you may opt for a convenient one-way transfer directly to the attraction

## By Public Transport
- From KL Sentral, public buses at the lower ground floor are available to the Awana Bus Terminal
- From there, take the Awana SkyWay to the SkyAvenue station, 10 minutes away
- The attraction is a 5-minute walk from the station
