Day 1 Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
You will be met by our professional safari driver-guide and depart from Nairobi at 07:30 AM. Your journey will take you along the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway to Amboseli National Park, located at the base of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. En route to your lodge, enjoy a thrilling game drive where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and a variety of other wildlife.
After checking in and having lunch at your lodge, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner accompanied by a captivating performance by Maasai warrior dancers.
Meal Plan: Full Board
After breakfast, embark on a full-day safari game drive with a packed lunch. Visit Observation Hill for a breathtaking panoramic view of Amboseli's vast plains and a picture-perfect glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro. You’ll also visit an authentic Maasai village, where you’ll get to experience traditional Maasai culture, lifestyle, and customs. Return to your lodge in the evening for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.
Meal Plan: Full Board
Enjoy an early morning game drive, followed by breakfast at the lodge. After check-out, you will drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred either to your city hotel for a well-deserved rest or directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward journey. All arrangements including hotel, game drives, food arrangements, personalised s (Read More)ervices by İmara Destinations was excellent We started our trip from New Delhi to Nairobi via Mumbai by Indigo flight. Dennis was there to welcome us at the airport early in the morning. We started off to Samburu, had lunch on the way had a relaxing evening at the resort. We had a wonderful game drive next day at the samburu national reserve, saw a leopard, zebra, giraffe, ostrich, etc from close quarters. We went to ol Pajeto conservancy, fed blind rhino, saw chimpanzees and other animals including two horned rhinos, proceeded to Nakuru saw pelicans, flamingos etc there, Masai Mara we stayed for three nights and had two game drives. Could see lots of lions, cheetah with its prey as well as a pregnant cheetah, zebras, giraffes etc. we also saw ostriches and other animals and birds there. We then went to Naivasha had a boat ride with walk and see crocodiles and hippos and crescent island visit walked with zebras, impalas and wildebeest but couldn’t see giraffe there. Due to floods last year many parts of crescent island got submerged so could only see part of the island. Our last destination was Amboseli park with game drive there. Overall it was a highly satisfying and interesting experience. İmara Destinations did a very good job of taking us to the exact spots where animals would be seen uninterrupted. Well done İmara Destinations. Thanks to Dennis and Murray for it
