Day 1 Delhi to Manali | Gateway to Everyone’s Favorite Hill Station
At 5:00 PM, report at the Delhi Volvo pick-up point (on your own) and depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation. Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo.

Exotic Manali offers something special for everyone – peace for meditators, inspiration for artists, and daring activities for adventure seekers. On the way to Manali, feel the cool breeze taking all your stress away, soothing you with its serene environment and surprising you with its jaw-dropping landscapes.
Please arrive at the Manali Volvo Stand, where our representative will welcome you warmly and transfer you to the hotel. After freshening up, proceed to visit:
  • Naggar Castle: Once the residence of the Raja of Kullu, this site is now popular for its overwhelming sceneries and as a location for national and international movie shoots.
  • Roerich Art Gallery: Displays the art of the famous Russian painter Nikolai Roerich, enchanting visitors with its fabulous paintings and serene surroundings.
Later, drive to Manali for a local sightseeing tour, including:
  • Hadimba Devi Temple: Constructed in 1553 A.D., this temple is dedicated to Himachal’s most significant deity, Hadimba Mata.
  • Vashisht Hot Springs: Dedicated to Vashisht Muni and well-known for its curative hot water springs.
Club House and Tibetan Monastery: Walk around these popular attractions.
In the evening, explore Mall Road and IBEX Market in Manali.
Overnight Stay in Hotel.
After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Solang Valley, where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and enjoy thrilling adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, and horse riding during the summer.

Solang Valley transforms into a snowy wonderland in winter, perfect for various snow activities. After enjoying the outing, return to the hotel.

Note: Since the National Green Tribunal allows only limited vehicles to Rohtang Pass per day, visiting Rohtang Pass will be subject to the availability of a permit from the SDM Office Manali at an additional cost.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to the “Queen of Hills,” Shimla, by deluxe bus or on a sharing basis. On reaching Shimla, check into the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed for Shimla sightseeing, covering:
  • Kufri: A popular ski destination in winter and a favorite picnic spot in summer.
  • Jakhu Temple: According to Mahabharata, Hanuman Ji rested here while searching for the Sanjeevani plant.
  • Viceregal Lodge: Once the residence of the British Viceroy of India, it is now used as an advanced study center.
In the evening, explore:

You will then be dropped off at the Shimla Bus Stand for your onward journey.

  • Transportation: 2 AC Volvo Seats for Delhi to Manali and Shimla to Delhi travel.
  • Welcome Drink: Non-alcoholic beverages (Tea, coffee, and juice) are available upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Accommodation: 2 nights in Manali 1 night in Shimla and Accommodation in 1 room for two adults on a double-sharing basis.
  • Meal Plan: MAP (Modified American Plan) includes three breakfasts and dinners (Veg Meals).
  • Sightseeing Cab: Dedicated Alto car for sightseeing as per the itinerary.
  • Taxes & Expenditures: Includes parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expenses, and driver expenses.
  • Entry Fees: Monument entrance fees and camera charges.
  • Special Destination Cabs: Cab charges for Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, or Hampta Pass.
  • Adventure Activities: Charges for skiing, paragliding, and other adventure activities.
  • Meals: Any meal not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Personal Expenses: Laundry, shopping, tips, etc.
  • Room Heater: Heater charges (to be arranged directly with the hotel).
  • Medical Facilities: Doctor-on-call or medicines.
  • Taxes: 5% GST.

  • The above package can be customized as per the customer’s requirements.
  • Check-in time at hotels is noon (early check-in is subject to availability), and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  • Sightseeing days may be rescheduled subject to weather conditions for smooth tour execution.
  • The company shall not be responsible for cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather.
  • For Shimla-Manali packages, the return to Shimla from Manali by cab is subject to availability; otherwise, a deluxe bus will be provided.
  • While Himachal Pradesh has been witnessing a surge in tourism, hotel facilities and services here may differ from those in urban destinations. Hotels are categorized based on location, services, and costing rather than conventional star ratings.
  • Monument visits are subject to availability on the scheduled day; rescheduling may occur if necessary.
  • Extra costs may apply for any unforeseen events.

  • Hotel star ratings are as provided by suppliers and based on local standards. Facilities may vary from descriptions provided.

Baggage Allowance -Domestic flights allow 15 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of cabin baggage. Airlines may charge extra for extra baggage, which the company will not be liable.

Meals - Meals correspond to the nights booked; breakfast is not provided on arrival day. Meal arrangements may be subject to change.

Transfers - Transportation for sightseeing and airport transfers may be on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) or private vehicle basis, depending on the package.

Currency and Payments

  • Travelers are advised to carry spending money in local currency or traveler’s cheques. The company is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
  • Payments must be made as per the following 30% of the total amount at booking.
  • Full payment 20 days prior to departure.
