Detailed Itinerary
Report at Delhi Volvo point (on your own) till 8:00 PM. Start overnight journey by Volvo.
Reach Manali in morning & get transferred to hotel (Check in & check out Time as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After rest & freshens up till 02:00 PM go for half day city tour of Manali which includes - Visit Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A. D. is Dedicated to Mata Hadimba, Himachal’s Most Significant Deity), Vashisht Village & Hot water springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water) and Tibetan Monastery in Market. In evening explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali. Stay overnight after dinner in reserved hotel.
Post breakfast start the tour to Solang Valley where you can enjoy adventure activities like Paragliding, Ropeway Ride, Zorbing, Horse Riding at own cost. As the winter approaches, Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect destination for skiers as well. Later return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
In winter, this sightseeing point will be covered if weather, the road condition is clear and possibilities of the vehicle to reach there.
Post breakfast start the journey towards Kullu. On the way visit Naggar Castle and Roerich Art Gallery (Naggar Castle was the residence of Raja of Kullu & now is popular for Shooting of National / International Movies). Later on, arrival in Kullu, enjoy thrilling River Rafting (at your own expense), visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory. In the evening return to Manali for dinner & overnight stay.
Post breakfast check out from the hotel and start the journey towards Queen of Hills i.e. Shimla by Deluxe Bus / Sharing cab / individual cab (According to availability). On arrival in Shimla check into the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Post breakfast visit Kufri (It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist picnic spot), Jakhu Temple (by ropeway at own cost) & Vice regal lodge (once the residence of British Viceroy of India). Later in afternoon visit The Mall Road, Scandal Point, Ridge Ground, Lakkar Bazar and Christ Church. Later in the evening return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
In winter, this sightseeing point will be covered if weather, the road condition is clear and possibilities of the vehicle to reach there.
Have breakfast & you’ll be dropped at ISBT Shimla for your return trip to Delhi

- During winter, if cab or Volvo is not reaching till the desired point or hotel booked, and then extra cost will be charged for 4x4 vehicles.
- Any sightseeing point not accessible due to any unavoidable situation cannot be claimed in form of cash or any other services.
- Extra cost applicable on the spot for 4x4 vehicles during snowfall.
- The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be a hike in the rates of Fuel
- The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (point to point basis only)
- Check in & checkout time will be according to hotel policies (Early check in & late checkout will attract extra charges)
- Meals and its timing will be followed as per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Al-Carte. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible
- Guests’ luggage is their own responsibility. Please take care of your baggage during the Tour
- We exclusively covers only services which are managed directly. We do not undertake responsibility for third-party service providers such as Volvo, flights and trains. Any cancellation or changes done by these cannot be claimed in any form.
- Any kind of insurance is not covered in the package. Guests’ will have to take care of it by own.
All cancellations are to be communicated in written & charges will be levied as follows:
- 30 days or more prior to departure of the tour, 0% cancellation charge.
- 30 days to 15 days to departure of the tour, 50% cancellation charge.
- Less than 15 days to departure of the tour, 100% Cancellation charge.
- In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (death certificate will be needed for the same)
- Token amount is non-refundable in any case
- If guest wishes to postpone his / her travel dates, we request to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via mail or written conversation.
- One time postpone charges are not applicable (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing second time will attract additional charges.
- In all postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel / Volvo / Cab and season / off season time.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in postpone scenario is 2 Years from the date of advance payment received.
- The advance payment received and the confirmation number given to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your confirmation number to any of your friends / relatives. (While meeting above terms and conditions)
