Recently we returned back from our Kashmir tour on 26th March-22. It was planned for 4 family members including 14 members by Mr. Dhaval, a representative from Kites Holidays. The support from Mr. Dha (Read More)val was really appreciable during our tour.
We would like to share our experience in two parts - (A) Planning/destinations and (B) vehicle arrangement.
(A) The below experience is only for kites support & arrangement excluding traveler/guide.
(1) Timely pick from Srinagar airport.
(2) Our experience with Athena houseboat was wonderful. We enjoyed Guajarati food, breakfast, other hospitality and other service were really appreciable. The coordinator Mr. Muzzafarbhai was very cooperative.- Overall Experience - Excellent.
(3) Travel to Pahalgam and site seeing was also wonderful and timely covered. But some of the site was not covered like-Avantipura ruins. We really missed out that place. The response from kites was good but the local support was very poor. Overall Experience - Good.
(4) The visit to Sonmarg and Gulmarg was also away some and exiting for each of our members. Overall Experience - Excellent.
Overall, We really enjoyed a a lot with such wonderful planning.
(B) Our experience with the traveler driver/guide was very worst. We never got any kind of support from guide/driver. Additionally they were trying to misguiding us. We had missed to visit all "Hindu religious" places. So you have to notice here and consider this miss-behaviors for other people tour planning.
Overall experience with traveler - Worst.

Our family of three members toured Ghorakhal/Bhowali-Muktheshwar-Jageshwar Dham-Munsiyari-Binsar-Almora-Kathgodam organised by Kites Holiday Experts by a Customised Tour. Properly timed and planned ci (Read More)rcuit meeting our requirements amidst natural flora and fauna. Both the Car ride as well as Hotel Stay-Food Package was cost-effective without compromising quality and comforts. The Tour Operator's Executive/Contact (Ms Pooja Gupta) conversed/chatted with us to understand the customer's need and priority of such a tour. Indeed the entire trip was wonderful and memorable. Apart from Kerala, I also planned to go at Rameshwar, Madurai in Tamilnadu also. Tour was customized as per my need. Support from Taxi Driver Mr. Sukesh Kumar was really remarkable. Entire tour become (Read More) memorable due to his supporting nature, genuineness and customer friendly approach. Guest House at Madurai was not as expected, else Guest Houses at all other locations were as expected.

Travel agent is good and flexible. Provide all the necessary details and provide all the information which is required. He booked well hotels as well. Due to lack of information orhe don't know about (Read More)that hotel he booked one hotel which is pathethic but later on when we informed him he resolved the issues.
Over all travel agent is good and worth to spend money experience.
