- Compulsory Room Supplements: Charges for tips, laundry, bar, telephone, and other optional or personal expenses are not included.
- Other Items: Any additional items or services not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.
- Minimum requirement: 1 person.
- Once booking details are submitted, we will process the booking. At this stage, a deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is required.
- If the arrival date is more than 45 days away, the remaining balance (75% of the invoice) must be paid 14 days before the arrival.
- If the arrival date is within 45 days, 100% of the total invoice value must be paid at the time of booking.
- No refunds are provided for early checkouts or no-shows.
- To cancel a booking, notify The Try Nova Tours by email immediately. Cancellations must be made by 10:00 hrs on the next working day to allow time for contacting suppliers.
- Refund Terms: Cancellations made within the first 14 days of booking: The amount paid will be refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days from the start of the tour: No refund will be provided.
