Pricing
  • Minimum requirement: 1 person.
Booking Policy
  • Once booking details are submitted, we will process the booking. At this stage, a deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is required.
  • If the arrival date is more than 45 days away, the remaining 50% must be paid 14 days before the arrival.
  • If the arrival date is within 45 days, 100% of the total invoice value must be paid at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are provided for early checkouts or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
  • To cancel a booking, please notify The Try Nova Tours by email immediately. Cancellations must be made by 10:00 hrs on the next working day to allow time for contacting suppliers.
Refund Terms:
  • Cancellations made within the first 14 days of booking: The amount paid will be refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days from the start of the tour: No refund will be provided.
