Detailed Itinerary
- Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, you will meet our representative.
- You will then drive to Kasol (approximately 485 km, 12-hour journey).
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Drive to Kasol (75 km, 2 hours journey).
- Visit the following attractions:
- Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib
- Hot water springs
- Shiv Mandir Manikaran
- Nature Park
- Parvati River
- Local cafes
- Local market
- Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
- After breakfast, check out from Kasol.
- The trek to Kheerganga will start with a walk from Bharsaini.
- The trek is 14 km one way and will take approximately 6-7 hours to complete.
- Kheerganga is a small village in the valley where you begin your hike through the forest.
- The trek to Kheerganga takes around 5-6 hours, with the first stop being Rudranag, which is the halfway point.
- Along the way, you can witness picturesque green forests, sparkling blue lakes, and a beautiful, expansive horizon fringed with snow-capped mountains.
- You will also encounter hot water springs where you can relax, take pictures, and unwind while trekking through the pristine landscape of Kheerganga.
- You will set up camp at the final leg of your trek and spend the night under the stars.
- The camp, which is included in your tour package, provides meals and shelter in basic tented accommodation.
- Dinner and an overnight stay will be provided at Kheerganga.
- After breakfast, trek down to Bershani (2-3 hours).
- From Bershani, drive to Jibhi (approximately 3 hours).
- Check in to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
- After breakfast, visit Tirthan Valley and Jibhi.
- Explore the following attractions:
- Mini Thailand (Kuli Katandi)
- Chinni Kothi
- Shoja
- Jalori Pass

- Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

- 2 nights of hotel accommodation in Barot.
- All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary by personal cab.
- Taxes included (Toll Tax, Parking Fee, Green Tax, Driver & Fuel Expense, etc.).
- Room heater charges (extra).
- Guide charges, camera fees, or monument fees.
- Entry fees at all tourist attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
- All activities at your own cost.
- All personal expenses and optional tours not included in the itinerary.
- Extra meals not included in this package.
- Any repeat destinations will incur additional charges.
- Note: Anything not mentioned in inclusions is excluded.
- Air conditioning will not work in hilly areas.
- During your trip, please bring valid identification (Aadhar card, voter card, or driving license) with you.
- Check-in and check-out times at most hotels are at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, respectively.
- Rooms are subject to availability in hotels; base-category rooms will be reserved in all packages.
- The guest is required to settle payments directly with the hotel for early check-in and late check-out.
- Meal timings must be followed as per the hotel's instructions; we shall not be responsible for any unavailable meals.
- If there are multiple pickups and drops, please inform us before booking, as pickups and drops will only be at one point.
- In case rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, equivalent rooms will be provided in similar category hotels.
- We will not be liable for any delays caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns, weather, illness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any other incidents.
- In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety risks. Kindly cooperate with this policy.
- The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we will provide equivalent or alternative hotels.
- No refund will be made due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
- Cab charges will be calculated based on your itinerary, and if you arrive at the airport or railway station after 12:00 PM on the last day, you will incur additional charges.
- Booking & Payment Policy
- Pay 20% of the total amount as an advance to confirm the package.
- Pay 40% of the total package as a second installment.
- Pay the remaining balance during the trip according to the details provided.
- The advance amount is non-refundable. It can be adjusted for another trip.
- Note: Guests who book hotels of a higher category must pay 50% of the booking amount for confirmation.
- It is important to note that the company will not be responsible for transfers of money to an employee's personal account.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees for land packages and/or services are as follows:
- 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost.
- 30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost.
- 20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the tour cost.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival – No refund.
- The advance amount is non-refundable. It can be adjusted for another trip.
- For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policy advised at the time of booking.
- Deposits on tours with special offers are non-refundable.
