Day 1 Arrive in Guwahati - Transfer to Shillong and Visit Umium Lake
  • On arrival at Guwahati meet and receive assistance from our representative at the airport/railway station.
  • Proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East".
  • Reach the majestic Umium Lake (Barapani).
  • You may do the water sports here (Optional).
  • On arrival at Shillong, check-in at your hotel.
  • In the evening you can visit Police Bazaar which the biggest local market.
  • Overnight stay in Shillong.
  • After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Village the cleanest village in India. It is situated 90 km. from Shillong.
  • Visit Living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock.
  • Visit Dawki, which is along the Indo-Bangladesh border.
  • Enjoy boating in the crystal clear waters of the Umgnot River.
  • Visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak for some breathtaking views.
  • Evening return to Shillong
  • Overnight stay in Shillong.
  • Get up early today to enjoy the mesmerizing mornings of Shillong.
  • After an early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, this is the wettest place in the world.
  • Visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park.
  • Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
  • After breakfast, we proceed for a full day of trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat Village.
  • Trek down 3200 steps approximately, each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
  • We can trek down further to the Rainbow Falls which take about 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
  • In the evening return to Cherrapunjee.
  • Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
  • After breakfast check out from the hotel.
  • Then proceed to Guwahati.
  • En route in Shillong (if time permits) visit Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures, Ward's Lake where you can enjoy boating, Cathedral Catholic Church and Lady Hydari Park.
  • Proceed to Guwahati and transfer to airport/railway station for onward journey.

Trip has been planeed well.. itinerary has also been chosen in a well organised (Read More)manner. The trip coordinator like mina ji ans rajendra balmiki were so cooperative and they have taken care all the things in very well manner. Delighted to have a trip with them..
1 resort 100waterfall camp was not so good and the food served there was worst a (Read More)nd service was also pathetically bad.. so avoid booking this property.. otherwise all are good and polo tower was excellent. Smokey mae fi was also good.. So travelleasy chosen the best for us. And we are looking forward to book with them again for our arunachal trip

Our tour coordinator (Read More)Minakshi was very friendly and reliable, checking in with us 2–3 times a day to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. A special thanks to our driver Noujul Ali, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and made our journey smooth. He also took us to Lum Er Pyngngad (Mini Pahalgam) as a last-minute addition, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The sightseeing spots were all beautiful (10/10), and the accommodations were very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Only dawki stay hotel rebha was worst ..my personal experience with stay and foo (Read More)d was really worst..in future kindly note not to add that hotel in your bucket...rest everything was awesome..
