- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled, and no refund will be provided for those activities.
- 100% cancellation fees will be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, or changes in flight schedules.
- In the event of a lockdown in Ladakh due to COVID-19, a credit note will be provided, redeemable within 1 year from the date of issuance.
